Mark greeted me as soon as I arrived at the house. He had already gone through the whole house with a fine tooth comb. Right away when he started talking to me about the inspection I knew that he was a pro at his job. Mark was well educated about everything when it came to home inspections. He gave me advice on how to maintain things around the house and how to fix or change things. He knew every code in the book, city, county, state and around the area. I have had many home inspections over a forty year period. Mark Kelley with "On The Mark Home Inspection" was by far the best. Mark is devoted to his work. It is evident that he really enjoys helping new home buyers determine the condition of their new home. This purchase is so important, you really need a very good home inspector. We called Mark with On the Mark a couple months ago for a home inspection. He was very accommodating and worked with our schedule.
