Great experience. My garage door motor had died. The technician (Israeli, but I'm forgetting his name - sorry) came to my house, and told me that the manufacturer offered a lifetime warranty - would never have know this. Told me to call them and they would send a free motor, and then to get back to BBB when the motor arrived. No charge for the house call. I did this, and when the motor arrived he came back and installed it for a very reasonable cost - much less than what replacing the motor would have cost. Really a great service

There's never a good time for your car to be trapped inside of your garage. When I realized that my garage door was not going to lift without professional help, I was lucky to find BBB on Yelp. They answered the phone on my first call and sent someone out within 3 hours. My technician Avi was friendly when he called to say he was on the way, and assured me that my car would be rescued soon. He delivered on that promise, then gave a careful assessment of the situation with options for repair and quotes. He repaired a broken panel and replaced a broken spring, it took longer than anticipated

I had BBB come out for electric opener failure diagnosis and replacement quote since they did not charge an inspection fee. Natan gave me the straight scoop on the possibility of me changing it out myself which I could have but we decided it better to have it done professionally. BBB's price was competitive, communication of scheduling was accommodating and flawless by text, phone, and email. Natan's work was excellent including the mounting of new brackets to span ceiling joists. Place was left very clean. Highly recommend BBB!

Great, reliable service! We received a referral from our neighbor for BBB Garage Door LLC when our garage door would not open. I scheduled an appointment and a technician (Nathan) came out the next day. The issue was a simple fix and Nathan was kind enough not to charge us! Contacted BBB in the morning and a technician arrived by early afternoon---extremely responsive and courteous customer service (Rachel is great!). The technician, Nathan, was absolutely outstanding! Called BBB Garage Door and they sent a technician within less than 24 hours! Technician (Avi) was respectful and pleasant. He gave me an estimate on the spot and the price was very reasonable. Once I agreed, he started the repair right away and was done in less than two hours! Totally recommend this company, excellent service and reliability!!

I have put off replacing 2 garage doors and 2 openers for years, until last week when I couldn't Mcgiver it any longer .
In all honesty, I called someone else first and left a message about needing a quote.
4 hours later I called BBB and set up a quote for the next morning.
4 1/2 hours later the first company shows up to give me a quote!
guy gives me a OK price and says that it will take about 8-10 weeks as the parts are all backed up. I say OK let me sit on this .
Next morning ELI from BBB calls 1/2 hr before appt time, to make sure we are ready for him. Shows up on time! BIG PLUS

BBB was the first to come onsite to give an estimate, and accepted my counter-offer to their quote, which obviated the need to get other quotes. Avi was friendly and accommodating, and did an excellent job repairing my garage door. The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars is because he left greasy hand stains on my doors and walls, he destroyed my old garage opener without asking me if I wanted to keep it, and he failed to move the light bulbs from the old opener to the new one.

The best service provider. Recently, my garage door stopped working. I called BBB service and an immediate appointment was scheduled. Nathan came by swiftly. After doing through investigation, he figured out that the issue was due to the sensor blocking. He resolved the issue and didn't take a single penny for this service. Today I received stellar service from Raymond of BBB Garage Doors. I don't write a lot of reviews, but this was warranted. He came right on time, was incredibly pleasant, and offered an honest estimate for the problem – which was a cracked torsion spring on our very old garage door system. In addition to doing the work, he threw in tightening all of our bolts (and replacing them where they were missing) and lubricating the entire system. But then once the work began, and the springs had been removed, he discovered that the problems ran deeper – and that the job would be dramatically more work

Great professional service! Got home from work, parked the car in the garage and when the door closed the spring busted and my car was effectively locked in. Went in the house and started researching garage door companies. Read through lots of reviews and BBB seemed to have the genuine reviews and they were open until 8pm! Was able to book an appointment for first thing next day. They were here at 9AM and did a completely professional job for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
