Scott was amazing when he came out to provide the estimate to me. Sebastian and Jerry were both professional, on time, and had the job done in less time than quoted. They had an electrician out to finish the wiring in only a few days. They were the best price and took the time to make sure I understood the AC/furnace system that had just been installed. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area needing HVAC work.

Heat went out on a Wednesday and they were able to get out the next day. It wasn't freezing cold, so no emergency, but it was pretty chilly. They quoted me a very reasonable price for the visit, about half of another company I called that wouldn't be able to make it out until Saturday.
Luke was able to make it about an hour ahead of schedule. He found the problem right away, and then thoroughly answered a number of questions I had. He checked the wiring on my Nest thermostat and connected a wire that was loose, and he suggested a settings tweak to distribute the air flow more evenly. A complete

I've been using B&B over the last year and am fairly happy with the service so far. A few mix-ups here and there, but nothing severe. Marco Arnez is a great technician. He is always right on time, very respectful, does a thorough job, and is simply an easy guy to work with.

Terry, ask for Terry. He is the most unbelievable problem solver and fantastic at listening to your whole system use. He found a simple solution that seemed completely unrelated to the problem at hand. He is calm and diligent to ask just the right questions and got to the bottom of the problem without extra expenses. Brilliant. And someone that feels like part of your home care team. Decided to be preemptive in replacing my furnace prior to retirement. Sebastian and Jerry came in to install my new carrier system and did a great job. Removed the old one and installed the new one very quickly. They were very professional and answered all of my questions throughout the process. Great guys to work and joke with, but stayed focused on the task at hand. Thank you gentlemen!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! We had our HVAC serviced and cleaned and a new hot water heater installed. They were kind enough to schedule both appointments at the same time. Technicians Sebastian and Jerry both showed up on time and quick and professional. They did an outstanding job and left everything cleaner than they found it. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Sebastian and Jerry just installed our new unit and were wonderful. On time, super friendly, very knowledgeable, worked quickly and gave a very thorough walk through after including with the new thermostats.

Great price for scope of work. We have a unique system and these guys know what they are doing. They offered the lowest price of all bid estimates. The employees were on time and professional. The estimate was fast and easy, Scott listened and followed up on the estimate to make sure everything was correct. The install was seamless, Sebastian and Byron did a fantastic job. The drainage system for the condensation from my air conditioner was overwhelmed by all the weather this summer, so a different approach was needed. B&B's technician, Rod, quickly diagnosed the problem, ran some basic tests to evaluate the current system, and recommended several different alternative fixes (at different price points), leaving it to me to decide which to use. We have lived in this house for 2 years and every time these guys come out they are friendly and helpful and very nice! I really appreciate them being on time and doing what it takes to get the ancient swamp cooler up and running! And my husband and I are super busy so the reception specialist always very accommodating to the random time slots we book. Great company!! Great people!!

These guys have been great. Always showing up on time, booties and masked. Very considerate. We had a bit of a complicated problem and they stuck with it through resolution. Lucas is great. I previously used another company prior to B&B who showed up at my house without a mask and quoted me $400 just for an initial visit. I called B&B and they scheduled me for the NEXT day! Byron showed up from B&B and quickly provided the information on what needed a repair and let me know I would receive a quote - The last company had to access my roof for an hour and B&B informed me the problem was right in my unit as he had serviced many other units in my condominium. Luke called me when he was on his way. He then texted me when he arrived. We are being very cautious with COVID-19 and asked that the tech wear a mask and booties while in the house, which he did. When he arrived and rang the doorbell, he waited until we went out to the back patio. He was very communicative through text about his progress. This is our first experience with B&B Heating & Air Conditioning and we were very pleased.

I called B&B and they scheduled us for a repair visit on 05JUN2020 (first date available).
They sent me an email confirmation.
They called the day before with a reminder.
Marco arrived 1 hour and ten minutes early.
He spent 1/2 hour here and replaced the capacitor and our AC is working. Yea.
They sent me a PDF version of the bill 5 days later. $250 USD.
P.S. No one get 5 stars on first experience.
