The weather got cold on Monday, and I woke up and turned the heat on only to find the furnace was not producing heat. In a mild panic I did some calling around, and spoke with several companies before calling Redline.
I got in touch with Jackie from Redline, and I was absolutely blown away by how friendly, cheerful, and helpful she was! She was able to schedule someone to come to the house in two days, instead of the 10+ days like everyone else I had talked with. Jackie's positivity was infectious, and speaking with her put me in a much better mood.
Two days later, Derek showed up on my doorstep

I would highly recommend them. All of the tech we have worked with are great, but Cory is even a knotch above excellent!

I loved the way the "receptionist handled setting our appointment...was so professional...and gave us detailed information.
We were very impressed with Derek's service in expediting getting our Carrier Heat Pump / Air Conditioner repaired and running properly again, especially since it was in the 90s for days and days. I
t was our first time… using Redline after being advised our previous company was setting appointments 3 weeks out.
As seniors, we found Redline's pricing extremely fair.

After 2 weeks sweltering in the 90°+ days in Denver…
Redline was the 3rd company I called to bid out a furnace repair (central air). Derek was amazing. Not only did he discover what was actually wrong with my unit, in which TWO other businesses misdiagnosed, he got it up and running within an hour or so. Derek was also very informative letting us know what type of maintenance and frequency we should be doing ourselves.
Redline will be my first call moving forward for all my HVAC needs.
P.S. The office staff was so friendly and helpful when I called to scheduled and that is always super appreciative

Derek has been out to service our water heater a few times. He is always on time, professional, and courteous, and takes time to explain everything to me. He’s always gotten it back up and running, but it was an old water heater and the day came when she had heated her last shower. He was out today and installed a new one for us. He had it installed, and ready to go quickly and efficiently. I also would like to add that Alicia, who I spoke to when calling them, is a pleasure. I appreciate everyone who has helped me at Redline. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this type of

We had a great experience with Redline Heating and Cooling! They were very helpful, giving us different options for replacing our furnace and A/C and making sure we got what made sense for our situation. The installation was done well - very professional and Chris cleaned up when finished. We highly recommend Redline!
