To provide the freshest food and the highest quality of service, we travel to venues, private residences, and corporate offices within one hour radius* of our kitchen at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Downtown Kalamazoo. A $500 non-refundable deposit along with a signed contract is required to book Radisson Catering for your event.

The Radisson Catering team was phenomenal from start to finish for our wedding! Lindsay and Sam went above and beyond for us - they were so helpful when choosing our menu and making suggestions, flexible with changing guest numbers as a result of the pandemic, and communicative and responsive to our many questions! The day of our wedding, the catering team carried our services seamlessly and the food was fantastic! Our guests in particular raved about the red wine braised beef. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to cater your event!
