Hi, we are Jen and Brandon. We were married shortly before launching Elysian Events in the fall of 2013. Our lifelong careers in restaurants and hospitality have made catering a natural fit for us. Along with our incredible team, we have been a part of many amazing events since that first one, and each has been a great experience that we wouldn't trade for anything.

My husband and I used Elysian Events for our 40th birthday celebration, and they were INCREDIBLE! They were easy to work with to create a custom menu with our favorite foods, and everything was delicious! And to top it off, I think they left my kitchen cleaner than it was when they got there! I would absolutely use them again.

Jen and Brandon were incredible from the very beginning and throughout our 8 month wedding planning process. When we first talked with them, we gave them a general idea of what we wanted and they created the perfect menu. Though we live in Seattle, we were able to travel over for a tasting and truly appreciate both of them for taking the time to meet with us. Everyone loooooved the food. You and your crew made my life easy and I just had to be the guest at my event. From planning, to set up, to the servers/cook/bartender, to the unique local food, to the clean up —- it was effortless. It was a pleasure to work with you. It's 5 days later and I still have people talking about the steak & the shrimp and grits. It takes a whole lot to impress born and raised NOLA peeps on shrimp and grits. THANK YOU!!!

Ms. Jen and company from Elysian Events Catering provided a raw oyster bar for my dad's homegoing celebration....all I can say is that they are fabulous!! Professional to the nth degree!! They arrived early, set up, and we're able to serve almost 100 people without any issues! Everyone loved the touch(my dad was a HUGE fan of wrestlers) and even a few folks became oyster converts that day...needless to say this was something special my family wanted to provide as a tribute to my dad and Elysian Catering came THROUGH!! I highly recommend them for any big or small events! I know we will be using

Brandon and Jen were absolutely fantastic to work with! They catered our Rehearsal Dinner for our son's wedding and it was spectacular. The food was amazing and the presentation just lovely. Brandon also provided private chef catering for us at our rental home and he did an outstanding job! These two are excellent chefs (the food was phenomenal) and extremely professional to work with. They did a wonderful job and we certainly recommend them!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping to make our son's wedding such a joyous, memorable (and delicious) occasion!!

We just used these caterers for a New Orleans themed brunch. They are professional and responsive in the planning process. Then more importantly, at the event they are relaxed and courteous and the food is delicious (oysters and crawfish pies, shrimp and grits). The menu is diverse with everything we love here in NOLA! Highly recommend!

We used Elysian Events to cater a raw and grilled oyster bar for our annual corporate party, serving approximately 250 guests. The owners Jen and Brandon were great to work with: prompt communications and professional and friendly service setting up and serving at our party. I enjoyed working with them and will do so again next year!
