Elderly law insight and assistance were very helpful and got results I wanted. Updated, revised Wills, POA's, Living Will, and Life Estate Deed were promptly prepared, explained and executed.
The Medicaid rules and options to address "protection of assets" are particularly complex. I suggest reference material be provided and/or websites be identified that would help educate the client in advance of consultations during which decisions are to be made.

Going in to bankruptcy with uncertainty Rob Goldman and his team explained the process completely, from working with a trustee and trying to pay back past debts to filing a chapter 7 bankruptcy. Buyer Beware In my opinion and other family member's of mine he is out for blood. He turns family members against one another over money issues and then tells the elderly man or woman who is seeking help how untrustworthy these family members are for him or her and evntuentlly he ends up having power of attorney over all of my loved ones banking, house, car and even medical So if my dad gets deathly ill I can't even honor his last wishes it will be the attorney and the Dr. making the decisions for a man he hardly even knows I was daddy's little girl and now we barely even talk I don't even want
