I am new in the area and wanted to establish a new dentist. A friend recommended Dr. Carlla Franklin. Then an unexpected painful tooth happened! I was able to see her with this emergency right away. I found Dr. Carla very personable and she did not recommended unneeded procedures! She is just the dentist I was looking for. They easily accepted my insurance despite a different comment below saying she only took cash, which is simply not true. The office personnel were also fantastic and helped me in many ways. I am totally pleased to find Dr Franklin, and am happy to find a great professional

She will only work for cash. She had me waiting 6 months for a cleaning and refused to do it-schrduled it out so far. Then says uses needles for a cleaning. She only wants cash no insurance. I went in once-they charged insurance for an emergency but did nothing again. I even called the dentist-she freaked out. Must be nice to be rich and do nothing.

Dr .Karla is a amazing dentist that came highly recommend by a friend of mines .at the time I made my appointment I hadn't seen a dentist in over 2 years so my teeth were really in bad shape. She took her time removing built up plaque that had accumulated on and under my gumline she worked on my mouth for over a hour and when she showed me the mirror after I was very happy.I guess I should mention her dental assistant Lisa she was very gentle I usually cringe when they put metal pieces in my mouth for xrays but Lisa was very gentle...I recommend Dr.Karla and her staff if you want A plus tx

I had a very badly decayed tooth that was causing me immeasurable pain. Dr. Franklin was very kind and understanding during my initial visit. It can be embarrassing when you have failed or failing teeth but she and her staff put me at ease immediately. A few weeks later I came in for the extraction and they did an awesome job. I waited for a bit but they were very accommodating- going so far as offering to put a fan in the waiting area for me because I mentioned it was a bit warm.
The entire extraction took almost 2 hours but I didn't feel a thing. She made sure that the area was well
