I typically don't write reviews but this one was well merited. I like most individuals do not like to go to the dentist but my visit went better than I had expected. From setting up my appointment to how I was treated by the staff was great. I would say that Jazmin the dental assistant was really outstanding. She was patient and caring and I felt in good hands. She was a joy to have working on my teeth. She definitely deserves a raise. She and the dentist Clare worked great together and put in my crown seamlessly. Dr. Clare and Jazmin did an outstanding job on the crown I needed for one of my lateral incisors. Their dedication and input they received from the rest of the team to ensure the new crown matched the rest of my teeth made me feel so at ease. Their attention to detail went above and beyond and the outcome of my crown was more than I could’ve hoped for. So grateful for the team at Dr. Houlihan’s office!

Truly the best dental practice in the western suburbs. The staff is courteous and everyone is welcoming. They are always on time and you rarely have to ever wait in the waiting room. Was referred there. I called to change my initial apt request and the receptionist was not friendly esp when I asked about pricing. I would like to set up my apt with someone friendly and not someone acting like I’m pulling teeth...... recommend getting someone who is kind on the phone. Everyone has bad days but that left a bad taste in my mouth and do not want to go.

My wife and I were looking for a new dentist after our dentist retired. The practice of John Houlihan came highly recommended by a friend of mine. Unfortunately the person who I spoke with while trying to make my first appointment was rather rude, so I have decided to look elsewhere. When I decided to cancel the appointment, she didn't even say goodbye, she hung up. It takes a team and this woman blew it.
