I can not say enough good words about Dr. Galvan. About 4 months ago I decided to go in for a consult to see if she could help with my psoriasis. Little did I know that she would be helping me feel like myself again after years of getting used to feeling exhausted, bloated, depressed, constant mood swings and digestive issues. After about 3 months I noticed that I was getting my energy back, feeling emotionally stable, losing weight, and just feeling good in my own skin again. She really cares, takes time with you, and is incredibly knowledgeable.

After struggling with fertility issues and suffering a miscarriage I began seeing Amy. After 2 months of acupuncture treatments and taking the herbs and supplements she prescribed, I was pleasantly surprised… to end up pregnant. My baby girl is now one month old and I am so thankful for Amy. She was able to help me in a time when I felt hopeless and defeated. After feeling frustrated that my "traditional" doctors didn't seem to see a problem with my symptoms of irregularity in my body (mood swings, night sweats, fatigue, discomfort, and rapid weight gain), I sought out a functional medicine practitioner. Amy was the best choice, and after only a couple of treatments I started to just feel... better. For me, it was a light at the end of a seemingly never-ending tunnel that I never asked to enter. The treatments are easy, and Amy explains everything thoroughly before doing anything which I really appreciate. I am happy that I get to continue treatment

I am so grateful to have found Galvan Wellness and Acupuncture. I suffer from anxiety and the effects it has on my body. It has been a long and frustrating road to find relief. I really appreciate the thoughtful and in-depth look into my health history and goals at Galvan. I felt like my traditional general practitioners had failed me. They were treating only my symptoms, writing prescriptions for who knows what and rushing me out the door to meet with the next patient. They could not take the time to listen fully, understand the underlying issues and let me advocate for my own wellness. Not so with Amy, her approach and manner has been incredible and I'm truly thankful to have someone who is committed and available to helping me live a healthier and happier life.

Dr. Amy is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable, caring, and kind. She treats the whole body- mind, body, and spirit. I’ve been seeing her for a few years for various ailments such as insomnia and asthma. The insomnia is completely gone and my breathing has significantly improved with just acupuncture!

I have been seeing her since May of 2018 and she has done wonders for hormonal balance, Gi issues, neck pain, skin breakouts and other ailments (yes I had several issues that prescriptions were just masking).
