Several years ago I sought acupuncture for the first time as a therapeutic aid for relief of painful sciatica. My search led me to Ronnie Yocham at Bow Acupuncture & Community Wellness, and successful treatment. After a recent fall which resulted in a sprained thumb and knee, I returned to Ronnie to aid with the healing process. I highly recommend Ronnie for his professional and calming presence, the effective acupuncture therapy, and comfortable surroundings. His sliding scale charge makes the road to healing very affordable.

Ronnie listens to my concerns and is attentive to my health needs. I've been a regular client for a few years and will continue with my regular treatment. Such an affordable treat!

Where do i begin...Been going on and off for about 2 years to treat acute autoimmune pain. Recently could not raise my left arm amongst entire body pain, Ronnie knew exactly what to do and before i knew it total function of my arms and pain relief. The acupuncture with Ronnie is amazing. I’ve always been told to try it but due to the expensive cost I stayed away. Well now that I found an affordable place I can get the treatments I need. My tension in my neck is gone and migraines have decreased significantly. I always leave there feeling refreshed and relaxed.

I have had 90 and 120 minute massages by both Elizabeth and Kasey! They are both awesome, knowledgeable, kind, and highly skilled. Their shoji screens encircle two oases that are unique in design while achieving a equal sense of serenity and calm. I have had Rolfing and deep tissue massages when I was trying to recover from a car accident in 1989.… From 1990-1992 I had Shiatsu, reflexology, Chinese massage, Swedish massage, Rolfing, etc in the US, Singapore and India. Both of these ladies delivered the best deep tissue massages that I have ever had. Kasey even added a little reflexology

The massage therapist (Elizabeth Flagor) was very professional & Knowledgable about every questions that I ask her, while in process of my massage.
When completed., she ask me how I felt. That’s so important to me when a Elizabeth ask me that.
It was a clean Environment. They are very organized with their facility.

I would absolutely recommend this location to everyone.

From the acupuncture treatments to the massage therapist upstairs, this place is a gem in Jacksonville. I have always felt disappointed with massages that didn't truly get to the heart of the problem, but this place will get in there and your muscles will never be the same.

Had a great massage by Elizabeth. She makes sure she understands what you need to have worked, and the amount of pressure. Space is clean and a soothing environment for a massage. I'm taking advantage of the special in September!

I am so thankful for a community acupuncture clinic here in Jax that makes acupuncture affordable! Dr. Ronnie is wonderful -kind, calm, not judgmental, doesn't push products, believes in integrative medicine rather than saying patients can't see their other doctors. Before coming here I had a terrible experience with a different acupuncturist and was a bit scared to try it again but he put me at ease. He makes sure I'm comfortable during the treatments and has assured me that if a needle hurts he'll remove it. The acupuncture really seems to turn my para-sympathetic nervous

Wow, I mean... Wow. I'm sort of apprehensive about posting a review because I want to be able to get appointments here myself but seriously, what a great resource to have here in riverside! I love me some acupuncture, found an amazing place in SF when I lived there and then found a kind of meh place in NYC. This is back to the heavenly standards like I experienced in San Francisco. Easy in and out, SUPER comfy recliners and even better t-shirts for sale with a punch card! You can't get better than that! Easy parking and close to a Thai place for good post needling pad Thai.

This place is a true gift to the jacksonville community ! I found it last semester just driving by riverside . The idea of a community acupuncture center is life changing ! I recall when I used to drive 45 minutes to Dallas every two weeks and pay $85 dollars for a visit from a acupuncturist who hardly spoke to me .
