Was referred here by my doctor, I was told when I arrived they could only fill 7 days instead of the whole prescription, then I was told I needed a preauthorization from my insurance carrier Anthem. I told them it was not true as I had been on the same prescription for 9 years and had already checked with my doctor and insurance carrier. I asked them to call and they refused. I had to take off work just to do business here because they close at 6pm, now I am losing more money as I have to go back to my doctor and ask them to send my prescription to another pharmacy. Needless to say, they were not

Worst customer service! A week later they cannot get prescriptions
Correct, they cannot get delivery address correct and they total screwed up the billing. The pharmacist has the worst possible attitude and cannot manage staff. Tried to stay local but not with incompetence and indignation and no efforts to right a wrong! Horrible

Professional, friendly service by all staff that helped me. I was able to use online appointment calendar to get next day, Covid-19 rapid testing to meet travel requirements. Pharmacist Payne came out to my car to watch me administer the test and he returned to discuss the results, deliver documentation.
