This Dentist Office is awesome they take care of you super well and also the office space itself is a wonderfully decorated place that feels warm and safe. The service is above and beyond. Everything is extremely clean with out that creepy sanitary clinical feeling. They let you watch Netflix while you get your teeth worked on. Thank You Lisa & Dr. Hoang and the whole team here. Came in this morning and had a very welcoming experience with Doctor Elom, assistant Alisha and receptionist Jasmine. I felt like I was in a place of tranquility and I was treated like family which I appreciated so much. The "Family Dental Practice" on Las Positas in Livermore is the most warm and inviting dental office I have been to in years. When you walk in you are greeted with such a wonderful staff. They are very knowledgeable, but most of all you feel comfortable. The dentist, Dr. Hoang is amazing. Very relatable,yet very professional. I will never return here. I went in for a cleaning, after moving to the area was told I had multiple cavities. I had had 0 cavities in my 28 years on this earth. I am told they need to be filled.
I get them filled and one falls out, I call because I am in pain and cannot get in for a few days I since life's off a soup diet. Since my last visit two of them have fallen out since. I returned and was given the excuse they did not cure properly. When my filling was fixed for the next time I was given no numbing, just drill baby drill. The owner was covering for their staffs lack of knowledge

UPDATE: Three years later and My family and I continue to love coming to see Dr. Hoang and her staff! My daughter hated going to the dentist for soooooo long and has finally allowed the staff to clean her teeth! She's 5 (almost 6). Dr. Hoang and her staff were very patient with her! I love how Dr. Hoang stays up to date with the most recent technology! Approximately three weeks ago my dental bridge fell off, shortly after I booked my first appointment with Dr. Hoang; the staff was very cordial and Dr. Hoang was quick and thorough. The total cost to fix my bridge and rebuild the tooth below was approximately $3,700+ the dental assistant walked me through the cost and timeline. Love this place! After procrastinating a dental appointment for way too long, I found this office on yelp. Staff is friendly, informative, and super gentle with your teethies ;) My fiancé hates the dentist and he said it was the best dental experience he ever had! When I was a little kid I was scared of the dentist office. My first time at Las Positas I had a lot of anxiety about my first visit. They gave me a bottle of bubbles and let me blow bubbles while waiting in the dentist chair and I am a 36 old grown man. What more do I need to say about this place! The staff was calming and quite fantastic!

LOVE Las Positas Family Dental!!! First, I'd like to say how beautiful the office is. I was greeted by the assistant Minh who was super knowledgeable about anything insurance related. Per usual, I had great conversations with my hygienist, Tracy, about my recent trips to Hawaii while she thoroughly did my cleaning. Lastly, Dr. Hoang updated me on my cleaning and politely reminded me to constantly wear my night guard.

Las Positas Family Dental only made me feel so comfortable with all the dental office I’ve ever been to. I don’t have any favorite because I trust all of them. Dr. Hoang & Dr. Pham are very gentle and all the dental hygienist! I walk out of that building very comfortable no matter what I get done. All staff are very friendly & thoughtful. The new building is very relaxing & comfy! I love everyone. Thank you to my friend & the manager of both office Amanda for always taking care of me! Dr. Pham was great. I came in for a deepcleaning and he walked me through the process I'm a very simple and easy manner. His was gentle with my teeth and his hands are very soft. Highly highly recommend seeing him.

My experience at this office has been some of the best ones in all of my years. The entire staff has grown on me and remembers me and my family every time we come. Tracy is my hygienist, she has a very warm approach when communicating the progress that's being made and of course any areas of improvements that I can work on. She always carries a positive vibe when I see her! Dr Pham and Van recently replaced my fillings and were really considerate when it came to my comfort and made sure to check in on me consistently.
