Needed brakes to be fixed, and needed a tow to the mechanic. Tow driver Chad knew it had bad brakes, and instead of using the winch on the tow truck to hoist the car onto the tilted flatbed, he just drove it on, and with all his might, set the parking brake. By doing that, he cost me more money than he got for the tow, plain stupid His attitude was less than desired as well, maybe because his work is substandard, unprofessional and he gets called out on it a lot.
