Arnold himself is nice, but the woman working the front desk is just straight up nasty. She is rude and unkind to paying customers.

The best experience for a bad situation. Had a trailer tire blow out in Wisconsin on our way to Louisville, KY. Arnold's was able to help us get on the road quickly and safely and we didn't miss a beat on our trip thanks to them. We are very grateful. Superior customer service!

This is a family-owned business that has been serving the area for generations. Today, it was 32 below in the morning and my car wouldn't start. I called them at 8:15 and they were really busy. They got here about 11 and had my car running within 5 minutes. Service with a smile. I'm really happy with them

We were stranded, needing a tow, for our only car. After towing us and our car to the shop, Mike (Arnold) offered to drive us home knowing we didn’t have a way to get there. We live 7 miles northwest of town in the boonies, and he generously drove my family safely home so we didn’t have to call a cab. Highly recommended!
