It was like I was bothering them to book a room. Nobody at the front desk at 3:30 in the afternoon. Called the house number. The on call staff, who lived on site, couldn't be bothered to come to the front desk. I could hear her kids in the background. Not very professional. Then quoted me a price 4x higher than the online price. Went down the road to another hotel. It wasn't the price it was the attitude. I had just spent a week at a Diamond Resort. Maybe you could take a few lessons from them in customer service.

Beautiful place. The rooms are really nice the pool is really nice. The beaches great and the access is really nice. The problem is there's no signs and you get lost easily and this giant place. There's no one usually at the desk. Make sure you talk to the people outside directing cars. But really a few simple signs would help so much in that place. Also the fire alarm went off a few nights we were there. People are complaining it's a common problem. And what's really bad is no one knew where to go because there was no signs. We couldn't even find a way out of the damn building without going down

I've read so many nightmares about this place that I was nervous. However, or stay was great. The first week of November there is nobody there so it was very peaceful. My ONLY complaint is with the maintenance staff. When we arrived they were prepping the room doors for painting. All the room numbers had been taken down so we didn't know where our room was. We literally walked the whole floor looking for our room. The person taking the numbers down couldn't be bothered with helping us figure out where our room was.

Our apartment was nice and clean and that's it if we are talking about the positives. The building itself is terrible. Old, devastated and the smell of garbage is ubiquitous. Elevators are a complete failure. Its about 20 minutes of waiting each time you want to use it. It was faster to use the stairs to reach the 13th floor than to take the elevator. Parking is a joke. If you have a car bigger than Mini, you have a problem. I definitely do not recommend this place

The stay was wonderful, the condo was clean. Ashley was wonderful, she answered the phone and provide me assistance with checking in. The gentlemen who checked us in was awesome and so were the room service employees. The only reason I did not give Shores of Panama 5 stars because the elevators were packed and coming from the 20th floor took quite some time each time we left the condo. It was labor day weekend and the place was packed so I certainly understood why the elevators were packed. I also saw housekeepers cleaning the elevators to ensure they were sanitized as best as they could. My family
