The room was clean. Had a lovely view. The pictures on the website are misleading. We thought there was a kitchenette. Also the decor isn't super updated or modern.
We loved that there were 2 beds separated by a door and bathroom. One of us snores...so he slept on the other side!!!
My husband and I spent our 17th anniversary weekend here. It was the first we've ever been away from our kids overnight (they are 10 & 13!!)
There are some maintenance issues that should be addressed during the low season... mold, mildew, sand in the carpet, painting, etc...
I certainly didn't mind the stay... I

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very pleasant. Room was very nice and very clean. Yes I went through with sanitizing wipes and picked up no unpleasant residue. We were very comfortable. Room facing the beach with a balcony. Able to enjoy the beautiful sunset's. A bit dated but will definitely return.

Absolutely loved it. Great location to local businesses in the area, and right on the beach with its own access. The only complaint I have is that parking is limited at the resort. During my stay we had to use the overflow parking located across the street.
My room was very clean, huge bathroom, and believe it or not amazingly soft bed.
Loved the Tiki Bar outback next to the pool.

Just a quick 4 day mini vacay from New Orleans. We had the most wonderful time and we will definitely be back. My goodness, the bed was so comfortable, I actually slept better on it than my own bed at home. We will most probably make this a yearly visit. ❤️❤️❤️

Me and my family have been coming here for 30+ years. This is our home away from home! And will continue to stay here when we come down for vacation. The office people are great! But some of you have to remember you gotta give respect to get respect. I have 2 trips planned in March and April next year and plan on many more!

The beach front room. The room was clean enough.Door to balcony was very hard to open. Everything so old and rusted. Bed was horrible.pool dirty. People were spiting at pool. It seemed people who were not staying there were rooming around and swimming in by pool.Hallways needed clean. Elevator so gross.umbrellas and chairs at pool old black mold on everything.Steps down to pool very dangerous. Don’t rent beach chairs from Tyler. He charged us 40 first day. People say at are chairs we rented, Tyler was taking nap. Everyday it was a different price. He slept fought with girl friend or just left

The rooms are clean and some are equipped with full kitchens and have a great view of the Gulf. The price is competitive and it's very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The outside looks old and somewhat rundown so that's why I didn't give it a 5 star rating. This is my go-to hotel when I come to Panama City Beach.

Even though weather was crazy it was a great time. The balcony was awesome over looking the ocean. Highly recommend!!! Was a bit pricey. But well worth it.

We stayed the last 3 nights at this resort. We paid the minimal upgrade for Gulfside with balcony. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchenette appliances all appeared to be new. The A/C kept us… nice and cool. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. You can tell they have remodeled and updated the resort, things weren’t perfect (door jams were marred, there was a stain on the carpet…little things that go along with wear and tear….just like at home) but as I said it was fresh and clean, and we were very happy with our surroundings. Although there were families

The pictures are certainly photoshopped to look better than real, it is dated. However we enjoyed the stay. Clean room, everything seemed to work, very good view of the beach and water. Parking is limited but you can park across the street. We have really enjoyed our 3 days. The prices are higher which seems to be normal around here in summer. Basically $90 rooms are paid over $200.

Was skeptical at first due to reviews!! But we went in and ask if we could see the room before hand and the manager was above and beyond nice to us. She walked us over to the room we would be staying in and was super friendly. The room was spotless bed was comfy and the bathroom was huge!! The rate was more than what showed online and she said that it was a glitch in the system but would honor it. We ended up staying 2 nights 7/9 and 7/10 and will definitely be back. The tiki bar was also a big bonus and the bartender was the best. She was adorable!! This place is nothing like the reviews!!! So

We enjoyed the game area. Just wish they had lights out there, to see at night. It's too hot during the day to play much. The swings by the pool bar was a nice touch! Pool was warm but not hot. Our room had a kitchen, but not one pot! Elevator was slow, but no big deal. We just used the steps. My Mom is on oxygen though, so she did have it rough. I could feel every spring in my bed. A room for 4, but only 2 chairs. For the price we paid, we could've definitely gotten a better room somewhere else. $1,500 for 3 nights, in a small hotel, with only a pool, is a little much.

We were apprehensive from the two star ratings, but the Hilton where we normally stay was charging $800/night so we needed to find a more affordable option. We arrived Friday and we were pleasantly surprised!! We booked a room with the full kitchen in it. The room was spacious, very clean and THE VIEW!!! Wow!!! We were on the third floor and had an amazing view. The balcony easily fit all four of us and our beach items. The full sized kitchen was so convenient and spacious. They had a few dishes, coffee mugs, bowls, pans, coffee maker, and a can opener in ours. You’ll want to bring paper towels
