We bought a car here a few years ago and had a fantastic experience. We were in the market for another car so we thought we would come back. We had yet another fantastic experience. Chris Norton is the sales guy that helped us. He was fantastic. Super friendly. Even the manager who helped us finalize out purchase was excellent. They kept asking if we wanted anything to drink or snack on. This place shows what customer service should look it. Excellent place to buy a car with good rates. We will be back when we are in the market for another vehicle.

I've now bought my last 5 cars with David Hobbs (not all Hondas although that is now my preference). Working with their friendly staff made the buying process much easier and less stressful. They have been very up front with me about pricing and what I could expect from them. Added bonus, I get to do business with a family owned and operated dealership.

Couldn’t have been better! We purchased a new Honda odyssey in 2020. The process was very straightforward and probably the fastest I’ve ever completed a car purchase! James went over the vehicle with us in detail. Our new contact at the dealer is Chris N. Whenever we have questions he gets back to us very promptly. I didn’t mention that we reside in Florida and I purchased the vehicle at David Hobbs in Milwaukee because of its reputation! We will go back for our next vehicle purchase!

Chris N. listened to what I was looking for and had a few cars for me to test drive. He was patient with me while I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do. I ended up with a HRV! Perfect size for me and had all the features I wanted. Their finance team was also easy to work with. 10/10 highly recommend having Chris help you look for your next vehicle!

I don't think my experience would've been the same without Adam. He did a lot to help me and went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as I can with the purchase.
Delivery took longer than expected, but that was unfortunately Honda's fault. This place was nice and cozy; but be careful, and come to this place with a trusted friend or a family member if you can.

My car was making noises and clearly was in need of some service. They did a nice job of determining the root causes (there were two of them) and then quite quickly going off and finding the parts that were needed (a little more challenging now during the pandemic) and then completing the entire service in less than half the time originally predicted, with all of this done at a very fair price.

I recently purchased a Passport here, I received a fair price for the car. The support staff was wonderful throughout the transaction process. The salesman was informative and i never felt pressured into anything I didn't want. Upon delivery the salesman reviewed the vehicle systems to me so I understood them. All in all a very pleasant experience.

STAY AWAY from this place. Price gauging and poor, dishonest service. I've had 2 repairs fail within a couple months. One within a week. My car was leaking so much oil I went through two bottles (fire hazard?) The failures were both from poor workmanship: stripped bolts and tool damage. The last time I went in for a repair they refused to give me a receipt ( I do have a voicemail though) I doubt they did anything. After driving home my oil chamber was almost empty and it was leaking for over a week. One of my spark plugs was loose and oily. I had all spark plugs replaced about a month ago

Do not get your car serviced here. Every single time I came I left with more service lights on which required me to come back. They cracked my windshield one of those times. They fixed it but took two weeks to even get back to me. The service staff does not explain to you ahead of time what it's going to cost to diagnose your car they quickly hurry over it and tell you they will call you if it costs whatever amount but having you sign to pay for it ahead of time. Will not be coming back here to get any services there is no satisfaction.

The dealership was professional, safe and welcoming. A big shout-out, especially, for Alan Saavedra-Aura. He is an accomplished expert who knows his cars, offered great options and got me and my girlfriend into the test drive we wanted. The sales process was smooth, the paperwork in order and everything went smoothly. Great experience. Ask for Alan if you want to buy a Honda.

Sad. I was robbed out of my time today doing "business" with this establishment. I had to miss my sons ballet recital this afternoon due to the fact that the shop boys took too long gosh darn it. Next time I'll do my own oil change myself, that's right I'm sticking it to em! Loss of business I tell ya! It took well over two hours to finish. Believe it or not that is unacceptable. I believe I was discriminated due to the fact that I was wearing a Blue Jays MLB T-shirt today and the boys in the shop were poking fun at my choice of team. I could read their lips from a distance

Angelo accompanied me on test drives of both cars, explaining features and components the entire way. Once a decision was made on model, Angelo showed me all color options. I chose, and the finance process began.

I had the best car buying experience EVER! Tim Olson was my Sale's Professional. I came in one day, found a car I lik & told them I would think about it. I asked them what was their best price & Aaron (Tim's Manager), gave me a price. I called around to other Honda dealerships & they could NOT touch the price I was given! The next day I called Tim at 1:00pm & said, "yes I want the car"! Can I get it today? Everything from the sale through the financing process was totally seamless! I was on my way home with my new car, by 6:30pm! I would highly recommend

I'm not a fan of dealerships, a lot of hassle and pressure and many times too many balloons. Seriously...are toddlers buying cars these days? Anyway, David Hobbs was the epitome of the cliched dealership, adding in their own flair of free popcorn, hotdogs and a dumb carnival wheel to spin for a reason I didn't care about.
