Thank you Palm Beach Catering for making my niece’s wedding such a wonderful event. Joey and Helen had very little time to pull this South African Venezuelan-American celebration and they went above and beyond… to bring to reality Patricia’s dream. The food was delicious, the flowers and decorations beautiful and the service impeccable. The result was this magnificent evening for Thomas and Patricia to celebrate their love surrounded by close family and friends and start their life together. I’m forever grateful!

Joey, Helen, and their whole team are the BEST! Creative cuisine and gorgeous Zen presentation. The hors d’oeuvres are just beyond. You may not have experienced an amuse-bouche like this anywhere in the world. Give them a try and you (and your guests!) will be so grateful.

The Rehabilitation Center for Children & Adults have utilized PB Catering for our events for the past 25 years. The food is outstanding and the staff is happy and professional.

From start to finish, Joey and his crew made our party a perfect “10”!! The food presentation is worthy of any magazine cover and tastes as good as it looks!
