I hired their services for a birthday party of 40 people, Manuel, the chef was not only on time to serve but extremely nice, friendly and professional.
The paella was delicious, everything was fresh.
All the guest were very impressed and their belly’s happy!

Manny was so responsive and quickly scheduled and accommodated my event from one day to another! On the day of the event Pedro really did a wonderful job and the food was excellent. I can’t recommend this place enough! Will definitely use them in the future!

I was in search for a Paella Caterer for my dad's 75th birthday. I researched several options from Palm beach to Miami and ultimately, I choose Paella Uno. From the initial inquiry Manny has been very professional, detailed and responsive. Call, email, and text message he responded every time in a timely manner. Manny answered all my questions and made sure I was all set with the needs I had. I am in the hospitality industry and my bar is set very high.

We hired Chef Carlos Polacios from Paella Uno for our July 4th 2021 party. Carlos was very responsive and accommodating. He arrived on time and the food was delicious and prepared very efficiently. Everyone loved talking to him & taking pictures with the chef and the beautiful paella. I would recommend Paella Uno & Carlos Polacios for any occasion.
