Tried this location for the first time today (usually go to the Little Elm location) and grabbed a couple of slices and noticed the box was full of grease. I couldn’t enjoy the pizza because it had so much grease, therefore the pizza went to waste. This was kind of a disappointment because the Little Elm location is always good.

We ordered a medium pizza and an appetizer. Both were quite tasty. But the main reason I'm giving this cafe 5 stars is because they were short staffed. However the small staff working there operated as a well organized team and were very kind. I dropped extra tip in jar on the way out. BTW this place is hiring.

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 4:15, the app quoted delivery time in 45 minutes.An hour later the pizza had not arrived.I called and they immediately told me the driver had just left and pizza would be arriving soon.An 1:30 min later still nothing.I called again and the guy that answered kept saying it was out for delivery even though he hadn't checked my name or order.He even said if it doesn't arrive we can make you another one.I was like, well can you check my order so I'll know how much longer.He said there is no pizzas here so it should be there soon. 1:45 min later nothing. Truly had a great experience. We had our 1.5 month old son with us who is active and this was the perfect place. The manager even entertained him as we made our food decision. Once we ordered, the manager also informed us that if we ordered a little differently we could save $10...who does that? Very welcomed advice. The food came out in a timely manner and perfectly cooked even with a special request. Tasty calzone, pizza, and chicken strips. We will return and order from here for delivery now as well.

I don't know what happened to this restaurant but the food quality has changed? Pizza was not there at all, flavor was off, cold and crust was stale? I was surprised because I have only had good experiences before. My pastas portions were kid size for $10 a pop and they didn't even have the cheese melted on it like normal? Maybe they were understaffed? Idk? But For the money I spent... I was not happy. Customer service was nice but after I ordered and sat down and then discovered their Special deals menu hidden near the plants. It should have been at the register where people can see it. If you
