Fantastic attorney. All business no bulshit. The care of my case and did exactly what he promised he would do. Definitely worth the money.

I would never rehire and or recommend Scott as a lawyer to anyone close to me or any other citizen. Scott is extremely condescending and the most unprofessional lawyer I have ever hired for the following reasons.

- Every time I communicated with Scott, he spoke to me as if to questions my intelligence and or demean me as my representative. For example, I hired him to help me win custody of my child at every turn he only itemized issues that worked against me and never worked to build my case in my favor. I am not a wealthy person by any stretch of the word and I paid a lot of money

Scott Carter goes above and beyond to advocate for his clients. My son had a charge that other attorneys didn't resolve, but once I hired Scott he immediately took action and the proper steps to negotiate with the D.A. to get the charge dismissed. He is professional, forthright, curtious, and dependable. Due to his extensive experience as a deputy D.A. he can successfully fight for you. Additionally, he is very reasonable with his prices. I will call Scott again if needed and strongly recommend him to anyone needing a family law or criminal attorney!

Josh Guess just handled a case for a person I know from.anothe state. He worked very hard to help his client get the best outcome possible. Mr. Guess walked in the utmost integrity.
