Extremely negligent does not stay on track with caseload my current case is 10 months past due last month I had the justice admonish her for her lacksness and processing my case I've only had two conversations with her one in person one in phone every single time I've told her that no plea bargain is to be obtained due to the line of work that I do and it's impact to me if I do a plea bargain there's been absolutely zero effort to pursue any of the information that I provided in my defense I feel like I've done all the leg work in my own case and so come Monday I will be

My case began in around September October it has been 10 months the judge yelled at her last month to get her gear in order and provide a defense the only action is occurred this entire time has been in within the last 3 weeks I've only had one face-to-face meeting and one phone conversation Miss battles has not considered any information that I've provided her which I do know for a fact would greatly help my defense she has provided no follow-up and she is funneled all communications through her paralegal Sierra.
