They have a listing online for an undamaged bumper cover that I called about. I live 3 hours away and let them know this when I asked about the condition of the part. On 2 different phone calls I was assured the part was undamaged, no damage at all. Drove the 3 hours there only to be shown an obviously cracked and deeply scratched bumper cover. They claim the damage wasn't noticed until then. Don't waste your time with this company, the only thing they are professional at is bullshitting and lying to potential customers.
