This whole process went so smoothly. From their easy website to book, the confirmation emails and calls, and the way you can update them via text.
I used these Pro Movers to move from OC to Rancho Cucamonga. Joe and Charlie showed up on time and ready to get started. They were also really friendly which was nice. These guys are true professionals, I don't even know how they got everything done so quickly and efficiently, but they did! Im so glad I choose them for our move. Totally recommend them. Robbers , Scammers. Con artists!! Call it what you want. They took my stuff November 1st and it's now Christmas week and they still Havnt delivered. No answer as to where it is. They block you if you call them too much out of concern for where your valuable belongings are!! So unprofessional. Do not use these people. I now have to go and call the police and the Better Business Bureau and try to figure out how I'm going to find my stuff.

I was able to book my move within a week from obtaining the quote. My contact at Pro Movers was very responsive and either emailed me or called me back every time I had a question about the move.
Joe, Samuel, and Charlie were our movers for the day and boy were they fast! They contacted me ahead of time and arrived exactly when they said they would. They were professional and very efficient. They disassembled and reassembled three of our beds, moved out our huge dining table and countless pieces of furniture in a very short amount of time. All of our furniture was was protected and arrived intact

Personel: Jessie, Donovan, and josh is such an awesome movers. This is not my first time using a movers but they have been the utmost professional. They care about the minuscule details from start to finish. Josh is super technical, Donovan is very quiet yet very efficient, and jessie is a detail micromanager who will ensure that your furniture won't be dinged or damaged.
The company: super efficient and punctual. They made sure to call the day before the move and after the move.
Timelines: I'm shocked how fast they are able to get the whole thing done. Super impressed.

BEWARE! STAY AWAY!
These guys deserve 0 stars. I had an absolutely horrible experience with these "PRO" movers. Complete scammers.
I had to pay $919.50 to move a 1 bedroom apartment (has large elevators)that took 2 guys 8 hours! That's after them giving me a "discount" (When I moved in, it took 2 guys 4 hours)
I also already had all my stuff packed. All I needed was them to move my boxes plus 9 furniture items:
1 large wooden bed. "Pro" movers disassembled and assembled
1 TV "Pro" movers disassembled and assembled
3 tables

ProMovers damaged our building when they moved a resident into one of our units. Their tall truck scraped the edge of the roof because they parked too close to the building. We have them on video and have witnesses. When our property manger sent them the request to pay for the damage, they would not respond. This is not how a PRO driver works. More like a hit and run driver.

We stored all our belongings with them for 5 months until we moved to your new house.
All of our items smelled like mold and several of our items completely damaged and had to be thrown out.
3 of our valuable paintings were never returned back to us and we have tried to contact the company multiple times to please return them to us but have been unable to get any response from them!!!
Think twice before being attracted by their low rates,it will cost you more in the long run.

Everything seemed great initially with the setup process. Then came their time to shine....
They were supposed to pick up on a Sunday and never showed. I gave them a call wondering what was up and they claimed they were tracking a Monday pick up. Luckily I had a little play in my schedule to accommodate their mistake.
Monday rolls around and they are an hour late. No big deal. Packing up the truck goes smoothly and then I'm hit with it. ESTIMATE WAS OFF AND I NEED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $4000 BASED OFF THE AMOUNT OF SPACE USED IN THE TRUCK. They basically had me by the neck since my stuff was already

Broke items during our move and offered us pennies to replace them.
We used Pro Movers in August 2021 to move from Santa Ana to Costa Mesa. During the move, two mirrors were broken, one of which was a vintage mirror from the 1960's. While the crew was extremely apologetic we had to file a claim to get any reimbursement. The claim process consists of you sending a letter via certified mail (which cost us $5). We got a quote to replace the vintage mirror ($380) and the other mirror was still in stock at Target ($70). Once our claim was reviewed, we were told we would receive $30! I was shocked.

Made a reservation for Wednesday the 18th from 9am to 10am arrival.
Driver showed up at 12:10pm (2 to 3 hours late).
They were so late I even helped them load the truck.
Before they finished unloading i tried to cal GM John Romero to get some sort of discount. I was told he didn't return calls i had to call him. We played phone tag for a few days. Once i was able to talk with him, he refused any sort of discount.

I am beyond disgusted with these movers. For starters, they were two hours late. Sasha was very responsive and attentive on updating me of the movers arrival.
When they arrived, they seemed professional. However an hour into it, an off duty employee named Marvin, who happened to live in the same complex came on scene and said hello. I thought his demeanor was odd to begin with. The lead mover was mainly on the opposite side of the truck talking with the guy.
He told me to go upstairs and do a walkthrough. They were almost done with packing up. Prior to going inside and checking I

These guys are great . Give them a call for all your moving needs . If your on a budget try to have everything packed and wrapped . You'll save a lot of time & money by doing this . If you feel like you need a extra guy do it . One more man on the team can make a huge difference. You'll save money in the long run . Do NOT use these movers. They never showed. I have moved nearly every year for the past few decades & make sure to hire licensed, professional moving companies, so I did much research when needing to find movers in the South Orange County area. They presented well on the phone, seemed professional, emailing copies of quotes & confirmed bookings. They emailed me the day prior to confirm move, and also confirmed again via text message, as you can see from screenshots. I confirmed & they verified. A long overdue review for this company! Had the chance to get their service last July. There was a lot to pack at our old 2 room apartment (the guys will remember this place).
Anyway, they informed us the possibility or not that the drywall will have a dent or a scratches here and there. Amazingly very minimal scratch happened and they did their best to protect the banister and furnitures. The guys were friendly and courteous and they do have team work.
