These two have the CAN DO attitude definitely. They did not give up even though we were ready to give up on moving an antique, HEAVY piano into a tight foyer area. Well, John and George did NOT give up! They tried everything and after multiple tries, they did it with no complaints. My muscles hurt just from watching them!

Oh my goodness!! Where do I start? This crew was simply amazing! Desmond, Aaron, Robert, Rafael and Miguel were prompt, professional, courteous, and amazingly helpful! They ALL worked so hard, and made sure my mom was happy with every part of her move. Thank you much for everything! We are so pleased. You will not be disappointed by with their service.

DO NOT HIRE THEM! Wasn't going to post a review but after discovering this damage to my bedpost canopy and now understanding why it fell on my head, they're deserving of one. They didn't finish assembling it and lost parts! What should've taken no more than 9 hours and 3 movers on a ground floor to move a one bedroom, a dining room hutch and buffet, small table and chairs, a display case, half of a one car garage of boxes and my wardrobe, it was the most expensive move of my life, almost $3k and took over 12 hours! They even made me buy them lunch. Terrible. One mover stayed in the truck the whole

This was THE BEST moving experience!!! I can't say enough about the quality of the customer service I received from Darlene when I scheduled and confirmed my appointment. She explained everything in detail and was very responsive over the phone and through email. My two movers, George and Justin were OUTSTANDING. They called in advance to let me know when they would arrive, and they were very efficient and professional. They carefully wrapped my furniture and they organized everything in my storage space. It was a stress free experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone

My wife and I moved into our first home and had to move all of our items from our apartment and garage into a two story home. Desmond, Andrew, and Ronnie at Family Affairs were AMAZING! Not to mention how pleasant it was working with Darlene to schedule our work!
Not only were they masters at their craft in how efficient and well they worked, they were extremely friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to be around.
Going up and down several flights of stairs and around tight corners, we were never worried that our items were at risk or that they were not being treated well.
