Services
Exalted Home Care LLC provides services for individuals with developmental disabilities in Arizona. The service is home and community-based and provides the opportunity for each individual to obtain more independence in his or her daily life skills. Exalted Home Care LLC offers and provides support and training in interpersonal relations, social skills, behavior management, and daily living skills.
The Day Program provides community integration and also provides a structured in-house environment that will stimulate and challenge each program participant. The focus of the Day Program is to encourage socialization, active participation in their communities, learn/enhance life skills, live healthier and more active lives, being involved in teamwork and most importantly having the right to self-determination.
Exalted Home Care provides Attendant care, habilitation, respite and transportation for adults and children in their homes or community. Attendant care is to help individuals with their personal hygiene, assist in dressing, and help with meal preparation. Attendant care can be received in the home or community.
Exalted Home Care, LLC Attendant Care Services provide assistance to consumers in the areas of maintaining personal cleanliness. We also assist in daily living activities that do not require medical supervision or intervention. Consumers are assisted in daily activities including bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and transfer to and from wheelchair and / or bed, eating, and meal preparation.
Exalted Home Care Habilitation Foster Homes provide housing and support services for Consumers. Our foster homes are a "home away from home, " where consumers are supervised and assisted to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to function in the community. At Exalted Home Care, Consumers are provided the opportunity to interact with friends, families, and the community at large.
