Cypress Home Care Solutions, also known as Honor Home Care, has been a huge disappointment. Renee Rizzo, the care service coordinator, talked a good talk when she sold us on this at-home care company.

This past month my husband had severe back pain and was hospitalized twice. We utilized the caregiving services of Cypress 24/7 for 17 days. We were blessed having a wonderful team of caring and compassionate caregivers. They lovingly took care of my husband, in addition to assisting me around the house. The entire Cypress staff was easy to communicate with and the care coordination manager Leah was amazing at arranging our calendar. Kudos to our caregivers, we are eternally grateful.

The caregiver who took care of my mom was nice, but little else. If my mom was sleeping or had a family member sitting with her, the caregiver would literally place her chin in her hands and stare at my mom-- it made everyone uncomfortable. If we gave her specific tasks to do during those times, she would do them, but she was not at all a self-starter, and during the times our mom was sick, making a list for the caregiver was just another task on our plates. Thank G-d for Cypress and to all of the girls there who have helped me and my mom through a very difficult illness.
