Steven showed up to my house, kicked down the front door and was ready to tackle my termite issue. As he stood in the doorway in full termite gear, hair blowing in the wind and Motley Crue blasting in the background I could hear the termites screeching in fear. I just sat back with my freshly popped bowl of popcorn still hot from the peanut oil and light dashes of Himalayan salt and unleashed a deep belly laugh knowing that I had hired the right company.

We had an uninvited mouse in our garage and Arsenal Exterminating was one of the only pest control companies in the area open on a Sunday. I didn’t get directed to a call center when I called, instead I spoke to the owner, Steven. He took the time to walk me through the steps to properly trap the rodent and prevent future visitors, and offered to come by first thing tomorrow morning to help take care of the issue. I was impressed with his transparency and customer service. If we don’t catch the mouse tonight, I will be calling Steve tomorrow morning and we will consider changing our pest control

These guys are awesome! I used the google business chat feature to get in contact with them and setup an appointment. They are busy but do respond as soon as they can. I got an appointment setup within a couple days and they showed up early.
I had an infestation of crickets around and in my home and some ants making their way into cracks in my bathroom. Like crickets jumping on us while chillin on the couch and stuff. It was bad. I tried spraying everywhere on my own with stuff from Walmart, three times over, but it didn't make a dent and the crickets just kept exploding in numbers.
