(High Intensity Interval Training) used in combination with structured rest periods create the "AFTERBURN EFFECT" which can allow you to burn anywhere from 500- 1,000 calories during a class and keep burning up to 72 hours after.With the addition of great music, uplifting motivational instructors, and intense energy, this dynamic creates a fun memorable experience in every class.

Services
As a member of SWEAT you will get access to some of our specialty classes that can be a nice change-up to create a healthy mindset and reset you before your AFTERBURN SESSIONS. Unchained is a cycling class where riders move to the beat and taught how to use proper form. It's a fun and intense experience!
We all know that health and fitness are highly important! However, sometimes getting up and getting out the door can be a struggle. Even if you do get to the gym, sometimes you just find yourself aimlessly wondering around hoping that you're doing the right thing. You're lost and have no idea if what you're doing works.

The best decision I have ever made in my life is starting here at SWEAT!! It is changing my life for the better! Marcel puts so much hard work and dedication into SWEAT it’s unreal! He really does care. He’s not just here to give you a subpar workout he is here to make you ‘SWEAT’. I love all the different classes there is to offer. Always such a great atmosphere (especially during adrenaline rush) it makes my day so much better knowing I get to go workout here! It’s like my home away from home lol. If you are thinking about joining don't hesitate you will not be disappointed! Results

I've been training with Marcel for over a year, & have seen nothing but amazing results. Hands down, the best trainer in the Central Valley. If you're looking for someone who's going to motivate you & hold you accountable then he's your guy! If he see's you're focused & determined he'll always be understanding when life situations come up. I love Marcel because he doesn't sugar coat anything, so make sure you're able to take constructive criticism lol. But hands down, best trainer. Joining Sweat was one of the best decisions I made.

This place is my second home! I love the variety of classes offered and the instructors are amazing! The spin class and adrenaline rush class are my favorite and I look forward to them every week! You will not regret your decision by making Sweat Group Fitness Studio your gym! Marcel has really helped me become a healthier version of myself and I appreciate all the determination and dedication he puts into his workouts and clients!!!!

I have been going to Marcel for a couple of years. Everytime I stop going to him I tend to gain my weight back because I don’t have someone keeping me accountable to eat healthy or to properly exercise. I definitely love going to his group work outs because he kicks my butt and the group members are very nice & motivating. You will definitely get results by training with him. He also listens to your suggestions, which I totally appreciate.

I love coming to SWEAT! The name says it all. You’ll be sweating buckets when you’re done with one of his workout classes! Marcel is very passionate about his job and it shows! He is very educated on fitness + nutrition and is always sharing his knowledge to help us reach out fitness goals! 10/10, highly recommend.

If you want a great environment to take your health to a new level, come in and see what Marcel’s classes are all about. He will help you stay accountable and give you all the tools to help you achieve your goals, but he is not for the faint of heart. HE CARES! He truly cares about fitness and health and if you are even remotely serious about making good changes to your lifestyle then come in and see what he has to offer you. You may want to quit at times, he may hurt your feelings with truthful facts, but he will get you results and give you a ton of support if you can just believe in yourself

I wasn't at Sweat long and only stop going because I felt that he had favorites and only wanted to help people. I felt that he wasn't understanding if my work life and the fact that I couldn't go every single day because I do work for a living and have a family.
I also felt trapped! When I first signed up I was told I wouldn't be in a contact like In-Shape, and that at any time I wanted to cancel he would cancel. So tell me why he has changed me for months! And I mean months! Saying that I need to reread my contact. I don't not suggest going to him or his gym. In-Shape

SWEAT has been a great experience! I needed more discipline with my fitness goals and diet to start the new year right. Marcel has been amazing at keeping me on point throughout the week through text and emails. The workouts are amazing and structured to fit my personal needs and ability. This isn’t easy but almost a month in and I’m seeing great results. I feel great and very motivated to achieve my fitness goals as well as a healthier lifestyle!

If you are serious about getting results sweat is the place to go! Before I started at sweat I had no idea what to do at the gym except for go on a treadmill, I didn’t know what to eat either. Sweat helps you with all your workouts and diets. My personal trainer is Gerardo and he is the BEST, he’s passionate about what he does and very helpful. He shows me how to do each and every work out and makes sure I’m getting the most out it. Like I said, sweat is the place to go if you want results. These guys know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable!
