I'm only giving them one star because you have to give them something. After Denise left this place went completely downhill. They don't take care of the machines there's less machines in there used to be an even after you complete a contract if you quit they charge you. All they want is money, super sad because it used to be a good gym when it was run by the previous owner.

Hands down the best equipment and best staff in town! Wish we had joined sooner after moving back to Visalia, and will dearly miss the people and the facility when we move. Special thanks to Blake and Sean for being the kings of customer service!

Great local gym that offers plenty of exercise equipment at great rates. I've been a member for about a year, and still enjoy going every time. Give it a chance, you'll end up loving it!

Since I have lived in Visalia I have been constantly looking for a gym that suits my needs, it's the cram packed and full of cocky people.
This place has a great staff, who are friendly, helpful....extremely understanding and kind to vets. Best of all...and I can't believe I have to save this during COVID....a clean facility. Yes they keep this place spotless. That should be enough.

Extort money from you if you get hurt and cannot continue. Will not release you from contract even with Doctors order. Sad that they take advantage of peoples hard earned money. Do not sign the contract. Just FYI.

Great gym. Great ownership and staff. Members are always polite and considerate. Not a place to go to if you want to do “light” workouts, or if you’re a Democrat.

Great gym. They have lots of equipment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price of membership is affordable and well worth it. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a fantastic place to work out.

The best gym ever. Locally owned. Friendly staff. Diverse equipment, including power lifting section. I won't ever go to another gym.

I only ended up going to this gym twice back in 2020. but i stopped immediately because they did not require people to wear masks indoors even though it was mandated and I felt it was unsafe. in their defense they did have people wipe down their equipment, but we all know COVID travels in air better than on something.
I don't really know how they can have someone sign up for a membership and then expect them to be okay with them breaking health codes.

I've been a member of this gym for several years and I used to love it! Unfortunately I will be canceling my membership. I appreciate that they have stayed open but they have had hundreds of new people sign up and it's way too crowded especially since it's already a small gym to begin with! I go during the day or on the weekends to try to avoid the crowd and it's still really packed to the point where it's really uncomfortable. I never see any of the regular members anymore. This place is great!! A mom n pop gym that takes care of all of your needs!!! I been here for three months and the management and front desk people are awesome! Always friendly and helpful!!

Signed up this morning (4am) and both the new owners were at the desk to welcome me. Gym is small but has any and everything you need! Very clean! Looking forward to my training at my new gym!

Great place to get a good workout! I love that the owners are Christian's. I feel comfortable and secure here as I workout. Everyone here is nice! Good vibes! I've found my new gym!

This is a gym with lack of empathy for someone with a physical injury I do not recommend it since they force someone that can not workout with a medical physician not allowing this person to workout to continue paying for her membership.

PROS: Has good deals on Groupon. Gym is clean. Staff is friendly.
CONS: Gym is small. Plays loud music including Mexican rap. Not open 24 hours.

Don't sign long-term contracts!
They offer no forgiveness or leniency!
Also if you do sign a contract, read the fine print!

Update: they were late last week and now this week there late. You guys need to communicate with your customers. I gave only 1 star. They had 2 but after this, theres no excuses for this. You need new employees. Btw not everyone has FB, like me... so if you post it on there dont expect everyone to see it. Heres some advice. Send out emails to your loyal customers, so there not wasting there time at 600am in the morning.

I love this gym. The staff is friendly and there's always machines available. It's very clean here and the parking lot size is pretty good sized.

Update: The day after leaving this review, I was contacted by Violet & offered a refund for the monthly dues that I was charged. She apologized & said they would like to make things right. I accepted the offer as there is no way for me to utilize my membership at X-Factor without a place for my son to go. Even if I were able to work out at this gym, it is not right to be charged for amenities that they do not offer.

After seeing that Flex Fit closed their doors & all memberships were transferred to X Factor, I immediately

This is a great gym, we found. When we went it was always great never to busy so we were able to get on treadmills or machines as we pleased. We have a membership still but haven't made it in a while but we will go, just wasting money I suppose. If you are looking for a gym they give you a 7 days pass to try it out.

Professional and clean. Pride of ownership is the first thing you notice when you walk in. All the equipment is newer and the pricing is more than fair. You just need to go!

Great place, great people. Only reason I don't give it five Stars is I wish it had a preacher curl machine and not just a bench.

So I'm not sure where to start. First off the price keeps going up because of God knows what reason. Owners are not professional. When I approached them regarding the monthly fee and switching to a diff gym. They basically said "Tough". These guys dont care abt losing business. But now that everyone is leaving they want to offer you a good deal. Never again

I usually come here when I come to visit my boyfriends family. Like this weekend for an example.

I am impressed by their customer service. Not pushy or trying to sell me things.

There are a variety of machines for cardio or weights for lifting.

The restrooms are always clean!

Never have to fight for parking.

This would be my gym if I lived in town

Great little gym with a nice staff. It's completely open with no privacy which sucks to some people but I like the place.
