Tender cubes of chicken sauteed with mushroom, pea pods, bamboo shoots and peanut in spicy hot sauce. Chicken breast with quality Chinese vegetable, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, water chestnuts in a delicious light sauce with sizzling golden rice crust. Thighs of chicken with water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, cashew nuts in our chef's special brown sauce.

Followed them to this location from their original restaurant - New China - in Hoover! Their food is so good even after all these years!
I’d suggest trying their dishes with “white sauce.” Also, if you like spicy, they will cook it into your dish which brings the food to another level!
Great service (and such a nice family) and great food!
Update 2021: still love to come and eat here when we’re back in Birmingham. We asked them to make a tofu and broccoli dish. It was phenomenal!

Alway great… been coming here since new owner took over few years ago. Before that I went to her restaurant in bluff park New China for more than 20 years.. she knows everyone’s order by heart. Best Chinese around. Always clean.

Excellent place to eat!!! We make a monthly trip from Pinson to grab T.O. S/O to Dr. Jamie👋🏽 I was tickled to find out that he was also my resident dentist at the dental school😎I was like, “hey, U look familiar”

Fantastic business. Food is delicious. Large portions & very fresh. Staff is courteous and very helpful. I've ordered multiple times over the phone for take out and it was ready when I arrived less than 10 minutes later.
