Your driver just about ran me off the road. I am equipped with go pro cameras in my vehicle that captured the incident along with the license plate. I have submitted a wreckless driver complaint to the local police department where they will be reviewing the footage & pursuing further if they see fit. People like this should not be on the road let alone drive for a living.

Meeting Vince and mentioned dealing with another service the evening before for just putting on spare tire., and he understood that the wheel lock DID WORK , he quickly put my spare tire on. I needed my car towed via my insurance company. The 1st driver was non responsive and when he did respond he hung up... that was International Tow Lines... I waited about 3 hours for him to show up. Finally I let my insurance know he wasn't there yet and can we reassign to another company? They said absolutely! So All Rite Towing it was. He was early and amazing. Outstanding Customer Service, he was Early and Professional. Extremely Kind and Considerate. Thank you Vinnie. You made my day. Also I contacted the company to let them know he went above and beyond. Apparently he is the owner. Lol. But

My starter stop workings while I was 20 miles away from home. My roadside assistance company quoted AllRite Towing and I for 15 miles of coverage and the rest I could pay with a debit card, which would’ve only been $50. Once he got to my roadside assistance company sent a second order saying they would only cover $75 and the rest would be on me, which would have been $200. Vinnie, seeing my position sitting there with my 9 year old daughter, not only honored the price he gave me over the phone and begin to take me home, but while on the way to my house, he contacted the manager of my roadside

Benny truly was my hero, after being involved in an accident and dealing with insurance claims all day and waiting on tow to come. 3 or 4 tow companies before All Rite had cancelled with no call to me or my insurance leaving me just sitting. My insurance reached out to Benny explaining what had happened, he called ne and assured me he would be there in 45 minutes and he was!!!

I broke down on the side of the road in my fully loaded Dodge Ram dually. Two other tow trucks were not able to tow me because it was too heavy and the wheels were locked. I was on the side of the road for about 10 hours. I wish I would of called Allrite Towing first. Vinnie had me out of there in 20 minutes. Great job, very professional, and top of the line equipment.

He shows up an hour late, which I understand it happens. Then he says the traffic is too bad for him to take my Durango to where my insurance co had organized it to go. He said he won't make any money on my tow,
now I've already waited 2.5 hours for him to show up and say he isn't going to do the job, I have never heard of such a thing, a complete lack of customer satisfaction. Do everyone a favor, boycott this company. Business can not treat customers like sh** and expect it to be all good. If everyone stood there ground when they were treated
