Services
AAA Battery Service is a mobile battery testing and replacement service. In areas where the service is available, a AAA Battery Service technician from Black's Towing will test and assess the vehicle's battery and electrical system. If the vehicle's battery is dead, Black's Towing will jump start your vehicle if possible.
If your vehicle runs out of fuel, a limited supply, will be delivered, if available, in an emergency situation to enable you to reach the nearest gas station. Classic members will be charged for the fuel. AAA Plus and AAA Premier members will not be charged for the limited supply of fuel. Diesel fuel must be requested when you request service and may not always be available.
When the keys are locked inside the vehicle passenger compartment, the independent service provider will attempt to gain entry. If this attempt is not successful and the services of a vehicle locksmith are required to gain entry, the expenses are fully covered or reimbursable.
When the services of a vehicle locksmith are required for lost or broken keys, keys locked in the trunk, or other automotive emergencies, vehicle locksmith service up to $60 in parts and labor will be provided for Classic members.AAA Plus members receive up to $100 for parts and labor for the services of a vehicle locksmith, and AAA Premier members receive up to $150 for similar locksmith services.

If your vehicle becomes stuck, one normally equipped service vehicle and one driver will be provided to extricate or winch your vehicle when it can be safely reached from a normally traveled road or established thoroughfare. Extrication of vehicles parked on streets, driveways, parking lots, or alleys which are snowbound or flooded is not covered under AAA membership.
Black's Towing employees are required to wear face coverings, and now we are asking that auction visitors do so too. We know some people may find this inconvenient or objectionable, but under the circumstances we believe the added safety is worth any inconvenience. This is not simply a matter of personal choice; a face covering protects not just the wearer, but others too.

I was in an accident and the CHP cloths me it's more efficient if they call the tow vs me using my road side assistance. The first words out of the drivers mouth were," Are you okay?" I told him I was fine and it was business as usual afterward. I had to go to their yard to get my belongings out of my car and the customer service could not have been more polite, professional and courteous. From the front desk to the awesome guy that helped me in the yard, it was amazing. Great beside manner is the best way to describe it. Faith based. Customer first. Compassionate. 5 star. Thanks

I couldn't believe my luck when my battery died but luckily black's towing came through to save the day! Delane had incredible customer service and made me feel instantly like everything was going to be ok and worked diligently to ensure clear communication and concise action was taken when I needed a replacement for my battery. Doug was incredible knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently to make sure my battery was checked, replaced and a remedy was made in no time. My car got stuck in the garage and Noah & Raul came to the rescue. Noah helped get the car out of the garage and jumped the current battery so I could run my important errand.. Raul then came & sold me the battery and installed it. It was cheaper than what the dealership was going to charge, and much less hassle. Highly recommend. Will request Black's if I ever need assistance. A+

Got a flat on Thursday called AAA. I was located on California oaks road , close to the fire station on Hancock/ Cal Oaks.
For some reason the AAA agent could not find Cal Oaks on Google maps. I asked him to contact Blacks and they would find me . Sure enough, Chris arrived with tow truck and changed tyre , Very polite tech, I was on my way within 25 minutes from original call . A+ service thanks Blacks towing

Delaney is amazing. I called bc I locked my self out of my car, and was freaking out because I locked my dog inside (thankfully the car was running and the ac was in) but none the less feeling a little emotional about it. By the time I called I was in tears. She was so sweet, empathetic, and helpful! She sincerely made a bad experience so much more tolerable. She is an asset to you company!

Thank you so much Logan with Black’s Towing. My 18 year old daughter broke down on Clinton Keith today with 4 friends in the car. I called AAA and the first tow company they tried sending estimated over an hour even with her being stuck in the middle of traffic. I had read a Facebook post awhile back praising Black’s towing so I asked AAA if they could try them and sure enough Logan showed up in maybe 30 minutes or less even with traffic on the freeway. From the professional dispatch woman(don't remember her name), to Tommy the truck driver, A plus! Took care of both my rat bug (slammed) and my 4x4, Tommy was up front with me about time and how he was handling the bug. Although it was a heavy wait time, 4 hours later, getting Tommy over another driver was pivotal for my love of my rat bug. 10/10 would recommend.

Tire popped on the 15 North at 10pm. Never been in a situation in where my tire pops in the freeway and Blacks Towing made me feel reassured. They were the only towing company available during these late hours. Black's Towing sent Tommy to us. Tommy informed me on my options and made the situation less stressful and as a women he made sure to make it a comfortable situation. Forever thankful for Black's Towing and of Tommy of course ! So, if you ever need a late night tow and happen to be a women, I would recommend Black's Towing !

I just wanted to commend the wonderful young man Tommy from Black's who came to tow our car tonight. My husband was in a very bad car accident and our car was totaled. It was towed to Black's Towing the night of the accident, and we showed up the next day to grab some of our personal items from the car. The lady at the front desk (I can't remember her name, I'm so sorry!) was incredibly sweet and helpful. She immediately asked if my husband was okay. Logan came to my rescue 3/2/21. He came quickly & worked hard. He was so good mannered & kind. I was worried but he kept reassuring me everything will be fine & I would get home shortly. Everyone was so nice. They were more concerned about the status of my son and if he was recovering from his Motorcycle accident. It was comforting to hear how much everyone there was praying for him. Not even knowing him or anything about him. All they knew was the rider to the motorcycle they towed away from the accident they were called for was in critical condition. Then seeing the condition of his bike was obviously a bad situation. I came from out of state and wanted to see his bike and they were all so nice and allowed me to see it with out any fuss.
