The most relaxing 90 minutes of my life. I was stunned by the fact that the movements of her hands felt like a dance, every motion was fluid and into the next one, even down to the details of putting my arm back under the sheet. Nothing ever broke the magical spell of relaxation from the moment it began until after it was over, and even then she allowed me time to orient myself in the room before coming out. Great experience.

If you are like me, you either deal with stress or pain, or both, on a daily basis. Ironically, sometimes we are too busy to take the time to relax and destress. My appointments with Amy are something I always look forward to, and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. My pain level is always substantially reduced. The atmosphere is calming and Amy is always there to help. I consider these treatments essential parts of keeping everything in balance (hey, this place is aptly named!). Do yourself a favor and book some ‘me’ time. You won’t regret it.

Amy was very kind and talked me through the process before she started the massage so that I was comfortable and informed. She kept emphasizing that everything should be done at my pace and to my comfort level, and asked how I was doing throughout. The massage felt great, as did the heated table and weighted covers. I was so relaxed by the end that
