The doors at body in mind, a place of massage, have been open since the year 2000 and is owned by Rachel Sieradzki LMT, MSW. The idea of body and mind was born out of a passion to help people move deeper into themselves, to correct imbalances and open blocked pathways in the body. At body in mind our goals revolve around promoting holistic wellness, injury prevention and ease of movement in the body and mind.
WE ARE FACILATATORS of health and healing, with the intent to trigger your own body response to heal itself. Our therapists follow your body and the specific needs that each person has to promote homeostasis by unblocking stuck pathways in the body, leading to an increase in function of the whole body.

Services
The therapist determines how best to perform a therapeutic session. The use of equipment in a session- such as hot packs, face cradles or other items are at the sole discretion of the therapist. Therapists do their best to meet each client's needs and are willing to take directives in regards to preferences of pressure and areas that you would like to have avoided.
At Body In Mind, all of our highly trained therapists are licensed in the state of New Jersey and are in compliance with all continuing education units. Most of our practitioners have over 20 years' experience. We are a family of highly skilled and extensively trained professional massage therapists working in a team setting to provide optimal care and kindness to everyone who walks through our door.
New Jersey Family magazine rounded up the top healing massage treatments - it's not a surprise that body in mind has made the list for our manual lymphatic drainage massage. Lymphatic drainage massage provides a number of therapeutic benefits. At body in mind our trained therapists perform this massage to promote self-healing.
We are delighted to welcome our clients back in the studio for 2020. Prior to your session, we are asking you to read and sign the following patient acknowledgement form. At body in mind we continue to put the safety and well-being of our clients and staff first. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Ear candling, a safe, simple, non-invasive natural relaxing cleansing method, uses long hollow ear candles to extract earwax and other debris from the ear canal. The proponents of this method say that ear candling improves mental clarity and balances fluids that may cause headaches. Individuals who provide Ear Candling will often tell you of the many benefits from this simple method.
