Katelyn is amazing! So informative and honest, I felt safe and that I was in the right hands. This was my first time getting lip fillers and I'm so happy with the results. She is a highly professional experienced practitioner. The staff is professional as well and the make you feel like family. Katlyn did a great job with my botox! I was nervous about it because I had never done this treatment before. I looked like myself, only 15 years ago. No more frown lines, no crows feet, no surprised look. I was very happy with my results. I also got a laser and chemical peel and had good results as well. I highly recommend her for services.

I finally had another layover in San Diego, so I decided to head back to Siti Med Spa. I called to
make an appointment and they were great with accommodating me. When I walked in Eileen welcomed me back with a smile. My waiting time wasn't too long. Eileen did tell me that Susan was out of the office and that Katelyn was going to do my fillers/Botox. I went in for Juvéderm for my lips and Botox. The woman Katlyn did not provide any sort of consultation or even analyze my face in any way. She completely messed up my lips and put way too much on one side and with the Botox, made my eyes extremely droopy especially my right eye! The two things I was hoping to look better now look WAY WORSE. The office manager scoffed at me and said "I trust her with my face" like that has anything to do with it?? I don

Update - got a comment from someone that works at the spa. It wasn't a very nice comment, very condescending. To answer their questions - I paid 700 at your spa and I'm now having to pay another 800 - so yes, the math is off. It's not 1300 - it will be 1500 by the time all is said and done. And if your laser was so great at hair removal - I DEFINITELY wouldn't have so much re-growth nor would I need to go somewhere else. I did address it at the time and the spa was pretty much like 'oh well'. I should have wrote a review sooner, but I didn't know I was going

I have been going to Siti Medical Spa for about a year now, let me tell you Susan is the best!
I have had Botox, juvaderm and I'm going in for a total FX in a couple weeks. Susan gets my Botox eye-lift just right every time, unlike other places I've been to before Siti-my eyelids always ended up dropping. I will continue to see Susan at Siti Med Spa from now on.
