Stay away from this company. When you call, they tell you that you don't pay any lawyer fees and that they get their fees from the auto company.
In lemon law cases when you have a strong case, the auto company usually decides to settle immediately in order for the case not to go to litigation. In my case, ford settled immediately after they received the letter of representation from Krohn and moss. However, they refused to pay the $3500 rate that Krohn and Moss stated on their bill. Filled out the online form for a consultation and got an automatic response saying someone will contact me to get more info. Next email right after that said we can''t help you.
Interesting that they determined they couldn't help me when they knew nothing about my case and never talked to me.
Immediately sent an email back questioning how they could determine that. Never heard back.
I already consulted an attorney and knew it was a solid case, just was looking for someone to represent us in Indiana.
Thankful we found another attorney!

I had a car with 3 dual clutch transmission failures and ready for the 4th at 34K miles. I contacted Krohn and Moss, worked with John Barker and got great results.
From start to finish it was about 2 years, not through any fault of Mr. Barker, rather at the one year mark the manufacturer pulled a fast one and moved to consolidate all the similar cases in Los Angeles County to one suit and it reset the clock for Mandatory Settlement Conferences and more importantly trial. This happened literally 3 weeks before my trial was to start. John kept fighting for me as I fed in repair order after repair

Krohn & Moss law firm was a pleasure to work with! They are highly recommended on my part!!. Jeniffer Basola was exceptional & knowledgeable & very responsible through out my lemon law against BMW ( auto nation BMW of roseville )case and had a successful outcome!! All representatives were very efficient. I emailed them regarding issue with my car less then 24 hours I got a phone call from them they returned every single phone call & respond to email rid away & settled with BMW less then 6 months

I contacted this law firm on January 4, 2016 because they claim they are here for consumers and consumer complaints. I was put in touch with their attorney Jason, the only attorney they have licensed to practice in the state of Florida. I had a problem with my new 2015 Chevy Silverado shaking. Jason told me to forward him all the repair orders stating that GM could not fix the problem. He said I would be paid for the shaking of the truck and he would be compensated through GM, so under those conditions I agreed and we started a lawsuit. Emailed and called to start a conversation to see if I had a case regarding a possible lemon law claim. Was told through email that it needed another visit to the dealership for the same problem to qualify. Well that happened. Called them back and sent me to Jennifer's voicemail. Never got a call back so I emailed and called again weeks later. Still no response. All I wanted to know was if I had a case now or not. I've since moved on to another attorney who took my case immediately. They obviously don't care about potential clients or at least common courtesy. Go elsewhere.

I wanted to update my review to three stars because small businesses owners work hard to do a good job. The owner reached out to ask how to improve the response which shows effort. I was disappointed in the rush to complete my claim. The settlement was disproportionate in my opinion in favor of the firm which resulted in my initial response. I also didn't feel like it was worth the drudgery there is a lot involved. After endless service visits the matter that caused my claim was identified. These claims are long and arduous so be prepared for a lot of back and forth.

Adam Krohn and Jeremy Graynor were always available to provide assistance, answer questions, and walk me through what was an unfamiliar process. I have used Krohn and Moss to successfully stop debt collectors harassing me over old medical bills. They quickly got the calls to stop and my cases were both settled very fast. I am extremely happy with their services and have recommended a few friends in similar situations, including my boyfriend who sued a collector for harassing him over a late student loan payment, calling 4-5x a day and leaving sketchy voicemails without disclosing what company they are from. More than anything we were just happy for the phone to stop ringing! I would highly recommend.
