When you are looking for work, you don't like to disregard any recruiting pitch out of hand. When I was contacted, I looked into Taj Technologies before responding. I had done contract work through another IT company's recruiting arm, so I wasn't completely surprised to be contacted by Taj. However, after getting what seemed like concrete information about a job with a company that I knew, for work that seemed legit for what that company does, suddenly my contact went radio silent. Not sure if they are a scam outfit, or just very unprofessional, but I won't be dealing with them

The recruiter reached out to me in regards to the position I applied to on indeed. After screening questions regarding the resume, they asked if I have a US citizenship, and after announcing my permanent resident status, which fully authorizes me to work in US, I received response that "we only hire citizens". That is employment discrimination under Immigration and Nationality Act, found at 8 U.S.C. section 1324b, which prohibits from discriminating against individuals based on their citizenship or immigration status, or their national origin, during the hiring, firing, recruiting processes.

I was suckered into thinking this place was legit. A friend of mine interviewed for the company itself and also said it was a scam. They want you to believe you're getting high pay and a stellar job but after they get your information they give you some story that the job fell through. There's all kinds of secret phone numbers, and no way to leave messages. The place is a scam! Oh, and many of the "good" reviews on this site are fake! I found the Better Business Bureau, and they are not reputable!

The company is a scam. They promise placement, and after they receive all of your personal information, they are non responsive. There is no way to reach some of the management staff, and they do not have voice mails set up. I know several people who they have scammed as well. There are current complaints with the Attorney General and the ACLU. BEWARE of this company.

Out of nowhere, once again, another bunch of idiots that tries to lure you into ridiculous jobs. Taj Technologies has 2 locations in the U.S.A., one in D.C. and one in MN which is where the headquarters are. I received 3 messages in the same day from a few Indian dummies with unpronounceable names like Dineshkumar Krishnaraj and Madhu Papulla. These clowns sent me a description for the same job expecting me to reply and maybe even relocate for a 2-month contract job which is 7 hours away from where I live. Papulla must be an idiot because he sent me the same e-mail in 7 minutes. I don't think
