BABY NURSE OR NEWBORN CARE SPECIALIST is an individual that is trained and skilled in the care for newborns.
We represent highly-qualified Candidates with proven experience. If you qualify for one of the positions below, please submit your resume and we will give you access to our Job Listings. Please note that we only disclose job information to qualifying candidates. Your employment references must be valid & you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
We know that your time is valuable and we are here to provide you with a service that would otherwise be time-consuming and counter-productive. We maintain an impressive Client database of prominent persons and estates and we ensure that you receive high quality service along with the best applicants for your open position.
We received a great match the first time we interviewed, we hired within 2 days of the trial! It was a valuable investment, highly worth it! We were referred by a friend who used Serafina Staffing. We were not disappointed. The agency handled everything, even resume selection. I was impressed at their commitment in comparison to the larger agencies.
Serafina Staffing does not offer refunds for placements made however, we do strive to create long term relationships between our Clients and Candidates. Should a placement end within 60 days of employment, you will have the option to re-contract with the agency for a new Candidate search either at no cost or a lesser-fee.

Amazing Company, we use them for most of our staffing. The negative reviews seem false, I was surprised that there was 2 of them - one of them is from a candidate that was obviously rejected and that is why you hire an agency, to filter out the unqualified candidates. They are a stand up company and very trustworthy with all of our business the past 3 years.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
We hired them to find us a nanny in Florida, after doing so, the young lady worked 2 weeks, being late all but one of those days. Now, I get they couldn't predict that, but here's where my issue was, after that placement, She said her contract was done basically, no helping find another, no refund, nothing just done.

I was referred to Serafina Staffing and used them to staff my home on the west coast, we were moving into a new home and Serafina made the transition with new household staff (from their agency) seamless and it was such a great experience. We will use them again in the future. Their attention to detail with the placements they provided was unmatched by any agency we had used previously. Even my husband was impressed and he never gets involved with domestic issues!
