Scott was the first of 3 recommendations I received from a realtor. After calling and speaking with him I had no need to call the others. He was very knowledgeable and right to the point offering me a long list of things that he inspects in the home. I appreciated him getting me scheduled in quickly and allowing me to be there during the inspection. He pointed out things that I would never have really thought to check out. He was patient with the questions I had and never made me feel rushed. I feel much more prepared for my home purchase now that it has been inspected. Thanks Scott!

Scott did a great job. Very thorough in inspection and report. Very glad we went with him since mold was found in the house and he was ready to take a sample and send it to get tested for us.
Will definitely hire him again!

Terrible communication skills. The inspection experience was fine but the communication leading up to it to coordinate, the inspector being late, and him delaying the inspection documentation much later than promised would lead me to leave another service. I always had to initiate contact. For the price you pay, the report should be accessible in a timely manner.

Not a good experience. The inspector was in a hurry, it seems and did not do a thorough inspection of the AC/furnace. It appears the AC had been broken for quite long and was not at all running. A major expense that could have been avoided, if it was detected during inspection. Now I have to shell out the money to fix it :-(. In addition, the inspector failed to detect a leak under the bathroom sink. My handyman infact detected the leak and also discovered the refrigerator was not working. I would not recommend them.

Scott did an excellent job. As a first time home buyer the inspection process was daunting and all I could hear were dollar signs flowing out of my wallet. Scott did a good job of breaking down what was absolutely necessary to repair now, what could wait and what the seller should fix before even considering to continue the purchase. Very thorough spent almost two hours inspecting the house. I would definitely consider using him again if I need another inspection in the future.

During inspection, inspector needed prompting to inspect meter and not baseball memorabilia.
During inspection, unprofessionalism in playing sellers piano instead of inspecting premises.
Had to request pictures of obvious faults and point out missing faults to include exposed outside wiring concerns and trip hazards. Buyer personally inspected outside leaking faucet as inspector did not do so.
Inspector did not fully enter attic to inspect.
Inspection report innacurate and missing information. Wrong room description for broken window, no notation of missing door on vanity, leak in roof was
