Can't seem to get a call or text back from Andrea Renner. We recently moved into our new home and the leaky roof on our garage wasn't noted on the inspection. Tried calling and texting for 2 weeks now with no response. This is our first and last time using Hometown Inspections!

Inspected our home but clearly did not inspect our attic. The first rain we had living here it started leaking from our ceiling in the master bedroom and our living room. Checked the attic the next morning and found water damage everywhere. In the insulation, in the joists. Basically we need a brand new roof. Very poor at responding to messages. I would NEVER recommend Andrea Renner. She completed a full inspection for our home that included a termite inspection. After she completed her inspection she ignored text messages and emails to get the report from her. She sent the inspection to our realtor but not us. One month later as we are tearing up our floor we found termites. We got another inspection done from Buckeye and they couldn’t believe that our inspector missed the termites. A couple thousand of dollars later, we got the termites taken care of and Andrea has yet to respond to any messages or letters sent her way. If you want

Always be there with your home inspector while purchasing a home. Unfortunately this was all during COVID and I lived in another state 12 hours away and did not have the time to do so, but lesson learned. I highly do NOT recommend Andrea Renner and her company Hometown Inspections. Even her website has "BEWARE OF FAKES" and it seems her company is/was the fake all along.
Andrea performed my home inspection on April 14, 2020 before I decided to close on this home. I received her report six days later. Everything on the report looked appropriate and anything that were obvious in the report I had
