I had submitted an online form with all my information and work request a couple weeks back for some tree work at my house. Their voice mail said that is the preferred method of contact.
Waited a week and did not hear back, so I called them again. They again told me that the form system is the way to go. I told the person on the phone that is what I did and he managed to find my "lost" proposal request. After he found it, he said an estimator would contact me to schedule something at my earliest convenience. No one ever called.

Tim and his crew did a great job cutting down a 40ft Laurel Oak. It was in a tough to get at area between a screened enclosure and a community wall. Their price was far below the 2 other quotes, with that said, their quality of service, communication, and follow up was outstanding. I'll be getting them back for future projects and also recommending to any friends.

Beaver Tree Service saved my house & possibly lives. When every other tree service i called couldn't/wouldn't squeeze me into their schedule early last week, Tim came out within 15 minutes of my request realizing the seriousness & urgency of my situation. He removed 2 huge camphor trees that were looming over both my house & my neighbor's house in Williamsburg before Irma struck. Tim charged a very reasonable rate & worked all day with a colleague into the evening to get the job done. Tim is intelligent, honest, hard-working, & actually cares. I will always use Beaver Tree Service for my trees! Tim has proven over and over again to provide quick and more importantly safe service for me and my neighbors. Yesterday, a day after hurricane Irma, we found that a tree had fallen right towards our den and power lines but was caught by a smaller tree. Tree guys were all over our neighborhood for other work and the quote they gave was excessive. I was extremely worried that the tree could fall on the house and Tim responded immediately! He was here in 20 minutes with his equipment and safely removed the tree without even taking out the fence

If your looking for a professional tree trimmer do yourself a favor. Call Tim first then you can decide how long you want to waste your time calling other people for estimates just to end up calling Tim to do the job. Tim is prompt, efficient and has invested in modern equipment to get your job done quickly. Above and beyond that he's a great guy!!!

Beaver Tree Service did an excellent job with the palms and oaks in our yard and were knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They promptly provided an estimate and got the job scheduled quickly. Once here they were very professional and did a great job cleaning up after they were done. I would definitely recommend them to our neighbors.

Beaver Tree cleaned up our Oak Trees at our residence and did an exceptional job. The tree's look amazing now and we have received multiple positive comments from our neighbors. The work was done on time and they maintained a clean work area by mulching the limbs as they worked. Our yard rarely looked a mess throughout the day as they cleaned up continually.
Also, we can tell safety is a big focus for them as they seemed to have all the right tools and safety equipment to get the job done... we weren't concerned about tree limbs falling onto our house any time throughout the day
