Your initial consultation with us is complimentary and we can do it with you in our office or virtually. 1 in 3 children can benefit from early orthodontic treatment. We recommend starting at age 7 so our doctors can monitor your growth until your child is ready! There are different types of braces available now and they are more comfortable than ever before!

Each complimentary consultation includes photos and an x-ray so that our doctors can accurately assess all aspects of your smile including your teeth and jaw structure.

My son has been going there for some time now. They are always courteous and efficient. This last time he was seen by a new tech named Evan who was just amazing. Very gentle and kind! The staff was so very friendly and did something that a lot of places do not—they asked if I had questions…over, and over, and over—right up until the end of my appointment. Even better, I was able to answer “no” most of the time because they’d already explained everything so thoroughly, and in terms that I understood. I felt like I was visiting friends during both visits and am so excited to start the process! 110% recommend!!

Mahaffey Orthodontics is the best of the best! Our oldest daughter received her first pallet expander from Dr. Mahaffey in 2007. After two months of wearing it, she woke up on Easter morning with incredible pain because the expander had dropped and was causing an indent in her tongue. I called Dr. Mahaffey that morning while he was in Church. He immediately took time from his Easter celebration to meet us at his office and removed her appliance. The office staff was very welcoming and professional from the moment we stepped in the door. Staff was very quick and efficient, without making you feel rushed. Mahaffey Orthodontics has amazing doctors and has an amazing staff! My son had braces when he was in middle school and he recently went back (he is 22 now) to get aligners due to some shifting in his teeth. We were given a great suggestions and recommendations before he got his aligners and he is doing wonderful! I can already see the progress!
