I feel and look like a new woman. My smile is so so perfect and I can't believe it! I keep looking in the mirror. I absolutely love this place! Dr Grant and his team is amazing. I would definitely refer all my family and friends here. The office is nice and clean, the team is very attentive to your needs. There’s only one staff member that seems to not be so nice every single time I come into this office. This is the older lady at the front. I have tried to ask her questions at the front desk and she sits there like she doesn’t hear me. That’s the only thing I’m not happy about. I’ve finally made it to the end of the road with braces at Grant Orthodontics. I used to not like my smile at all. My experience here was more than amazing, every time I came in the staff showed me that they truly cared about perfecting my smile , Dr. Grant showed me that from the start. It's always a great day when my daughter and I visit Dr. Grant's office. Upon entering, there is always a great vibe and the office is well designed, clean, and attractive. They take all the appropriate safety measures to maintain social distancing and keep us all safe in light of COVID-19. He and his staff are always so friendly and treat us like family. Even while managing a bustling office, Dr. Grant always makes time to make us feel special and at home. I drive 30 minutes to make it out to his office rather than staying closer to home because of the great treatment and customer service

Dr is rude and arrogant. Only worried about money. Yells at patients and doesn't let the parents back to watch. They do not use Invisalign. He charges you 25.00 every time you break a bracken no matter what. And he won't fix it till he gets his money. Had I only known what I know now. Sometimes you get what you pay for. He nickel and dimes you so your contract isn't really real. And every appoint is like 2 hours long. I don't get it. I want to preface this review with one positive statement - Dr. Grant's employees are great. All of the ladies that work there are helpful, friendly, and considerate. However, something happened along the way with billing that caused a CLUSTER with my account. It turned into a nasty mess where I ended up having to pay out the rest of the insurance's portion of the contract even though I paid MY 50% up front ($1,526.00)! At that point I was over it.
