When you walk in to Snohomish Fitness the staff knows you by name and is invested in helping you reach your goals. We want you to have a safe and comfortable experience in our facility so we have created a positive and supportive community around our gym members. Services
Lacey spent nearly 10 years as an Exercise Specialist in local physical therapy clinics, teaching people exercises to assist in their injury recovery and get them back into top shape. When she wasn't in the clinic rehabbing patients, she was busy training high-level athletes all around the world.

Lacey now specializes her personal training in injury management and recovery working with humans from all backgrounds with a variety of athletic and life experiences helping them perform to their best ability.Lacey has two bachelor's degrees from Eastern Washington University in Exercise Science and Communications.
Pli and Pulse fuses the best of ballet, strength, yoga, and Pilates. Join us for a 60-minute, three-phase workout: - Dynamic warm-up-gets your muscles ready - Standing strength segment-Tones the major muscle groups of the lower and upper body all while engaging your core. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and cardio health!
This program is for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Using scientifically proven methods for performance enhancement each participant will have a training program created by our expert sports performance coach and then will be coached through each session to help take them to the next level. Cary Stark, or Stark, is our Sports Performance coach, as well as a personal trainer, and Rock Steady Boxing coach.
Snohomish Fitness Center and Inspired Beginnings: Birth Redefined have partnered to create this one-of-a-kind, inclusive childbirth class is designed to focus on your total wellness.

Not only will you receive information about birth, breast/chestfeeding, and postpartum from an experienced, certified educator, you will learn from a variety of local medical professionals, and prenatal and postpartum certified personal trainers at Snohomish Fitness Center.The trainers will share pregnancy-safe workouts and will meet you with you individually to understand your specific needs.
We are looking for a certified personal trainer to take clients Saturday from 8-2 and Monday thru Friday 3pm to 8pm. Position will take time to build to consistent hours, but a great facility with excellent support and growth options. We are looking for a certified group instructor to be a substitute for our established classes.

Really bad parking, so couldn't find a spot so I could even get in. As such I won't give it a single star as that's unfair. The parking/location does warrant only three though.
Edit: their team responded in a cordial manner and gave a reasonable explanation for the situation. That to me is worth another star. It's clear they care.

I've had the pleasure of working out with trainer LaRae at Snohomish Fitness Center and have gotten to know Lacey (co-owner) and Kippe (boxing) as well. They are a great team! The entire crew promotes a fun, energetic, body positive culture. They are knowledgeable, encouraging and make it easy to want to come back for more!

Great gym with every machines you could need. Connects to Centennial Trail so you can go running like my parents every morning and then do weights and abs. The owner is very knowledgeable with workouts. A lot of classes. And they make coffee and smoothies!

Lacey is very dedicated at Snohomish Fitness Center. She is also involved in her community and helps at the local Middle School with Track/Field and Cross Country. She understands that fitness is for a lifetime and starting young sets you up with good health and fitness habits into adulthood. Thank you.
