Dr Tho Chi Le, ( Dr Le always puts a smile on my face, he is very upbeat and kind) and Dr Jose Diaz is wonderful and very knowledgeable as I’d Dr Tho Chi Le. The physical therapist are outstanding, I feel like a new person after getting my monthly P/T.
The staff are very nice and pleasant ALWAYS.
And there is never any waiting time, just be prepared for any physical therapy as they are very through. Heat, stim, and a great massage that get out the tension knots that form along my spine. The massages are the best. Nice relaxing music plays as you receive you P/T.

I have had really bad experiences with the front desk. They never answer the phone or return calls. It’s extremely difficult to make or reschedule an appointment. Additionally, they will change your provider without telling you. They have not been effective in treating or managing my pain. I am very disappointed.

I was supposed to be a new patient but this business doesn't respect appointments or people's time... 7/12/21 I was supposed to have an 830 appointment... Needless to say at 840 I was still sitting in a parked car in the parking lot leaving messages... I wouldn't recommend to an enemy 🤷🏽♂️... Update its 9am left 2 messages and no one called back.... I really don't know how they stay in business

Dr. Diaz is AMAZING performing acupuncture. He is really a compassionate doctor who actually listens to me. I am not a fan of needles but I've been having lower back that's affecting how I live. Anyone contemplating acupuncture this is the doctor for you!! I actually look forward to my appointments, very spa type feeling, which obviously put you at ease which is an amazing feeling!! You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain.
His staff is very accommodating finding you your next appointment. They are incredibly kind and show compassion going into the office as well as leaving the office

Well, Nessy called me back today and to my surprise corrected my issue with my Insurance Provider Cigna, were I was told by Cigna I wasn't covered. She had received Cigna approval and was confused by comment I had entered in review. She was able to turn a bad situation that was not even her issue or fault around, and was able to get me in tomorrow. I owe her and the team a huge apology. Looking forward to my experience with Dr Diaz.

I love my Dr Diaz, he's so caring about me and how I'm feeling not only my pain but in life. If I'm ok how it's going with not being able to get out and do much, he cares and I love that. Sometimes I'm there longer than I should be but I think he does that to keep me out of the house in a safe place. I sometimes just show up cause my pain is extra bad his staff (Nessy) she always gets me in to see him. Super staff and doctors ♥️😎☮️

I have metal all over my body I’m a walking disaster area and in the past 20 years they only Dr who I know and trust with my battered body is Diaz. I’ve lived in 8 states so my experience with Drs is vast and Dr Diaz unlike all other Drs never makes me wait, he doesn’t have a God Complex, he is a straight shooter and he is excellent in all phases of physical pain management in short HE IS THE MAN
