As one of the leading drug and alcohol rehabs Florida has to offer, Recovery First provides high-quality addiction treatment combined with the amenities you desire. At Recovery First, we keep our groups small and personal. You won't feel like a number here; you'll feel like family. In fact, many of our alumni keep in touch with the people they met at Recovery First.
The people you go through treatment with here may become your recovery family that you lean on well beyond your time here. We hold ourselves to the highest standards, and it's apparent in our A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and the accreditations and memberships we hold. I had a great experience.

I am so happy that I chose to come to Recovery First in Hollywood, Florida. The residential arrangements are welcoming and supportive. The staff is exceptional as is the program they offer! I would strongly recommend Recovery First to anyone who is serious about recovery from addiction to either alcohol or drug bust!!

I came into Recovery First skeptical that this time it would ‘stick’ but left a true believer in the process. I had previously completed two other programs and never felt confident in leading a successful, substance free life out of a controlled environment. Today I genuinely see a brighter future! The groups are a manageable size to allow everyone time to talk. I had done IOP, which is three times a week consisting of two groups a day. There are so many counselors, that in a week I saw six different facilitates the group. And the following week I would see at least one or two more different

I had an amazing experience with amazing people here.i can honestly say the staff actually care about your well-being. If you find yourself needing help like I did you can't do this alone and they are here for you. Also they have an amazing counselor named sarge and my advice to you is listen to what she has to say it could save your life.

As I continue my life long journey in sobriety I have to say that I owe a huge thank you to the staff at Recovery First. This was my second time in treatment and I'm so grateful that I chose to be at their Hollywood Florida location. From the nurses, doctors, therapists, facilitators, and the techs that were with me everyday. They all had a huge part in getting me started with a strong foundation and tools I would need through my journey. Thank you so much and I look forward to keeping in touch with you on my milestones.

My experience with Recovery First was excellent. From the initial intake into their Intensive Outpatient Program to my discharge was a great experience. It was my first time in a recovery program. Vanessa and Melina are wonderful. I learned a lot about my substance abuse disorder and also about myself. It's been two months since my last use and a little over a week since my discharge. I can't remember feeling this good about my life in a very long time.
Several in my IOP group were not first-timers. All of them expressed how much different their experience was at Recovery First. They all said

I am currently at the Residential facility. The staff here has been great, and attentive to any needs, questions or concerns. My therapist, Kristy, is the best. She has a pleasant demeanor, and knows just how far to take you to recognizing clinical needs. We worked together on my treatment plan both here and for afterI leave. I will be proud to walk out of here with 22 days sober under my belt. All my best to all!
