Steve is completely inappropriate in grieving situations. He treated my mother much too poorly. When she asked about the price of a retrieval of a body he responded defensively with "I don't need to defend my prices to you. If you'd like to pay our property tax we are open 7 days a week".
Absolutely atrocious and unprofessional behavior, in a business that should be more caring and understand. If you've been around since 1881 you should know better.
