Over the years I have inspected over 1000 homes utilize the best inspection report software in the industry and all the latest inspector tools to assist in giving you the most information possible about your prospective new home.
A thorough inspection of all components of the home. It is recommended the client be present during the inspection to ask any questions that may arise. A professional home inspection report which includes photographs will be sent to the client via email. Print copies can be given to client upon request.

Troy was prompt, very thorough and well organized. His prices are fair and his report is outstanding. He covered things in his inspection that surprised me and told me if something needed further action. He called and explained his report to me over the phone before he posted it online. We needed a home inspection scheduled quickly to meet our banks closing date and Troy was able to provide that for us.

Not only did Troy work with our tight schedule, he also worked with the gas company when a gas leak was found and provided radon mitigation company recommendations when it was found that our house has high radon levels. He was prompt, professional, helpful, and worked around other people in the home. His reports were helpful.

Troy was recommended to us by our realtor. He did a thorough evaluation/inspection of the home that we are in the process of purchasing. He gave us a full, in-depth report of everything that he checked which was extensive. He included photos and explanations on everything. Troy of Millstone Home Inspections did a very thorough and great job inspecting the home my girlfriend and I were planning to purchase. He was very detailed in his findings and his report was detailed and included pictures where needed. After the inspection, he called us and gave us an overview of his findings as well as sent us the official report the next day. He was very helpful with any questions we had on anything in his report. 10/10 would recommend him to anybody in need of a home inspector.
